10/10 would stay again, I would reccomend to anyone to try this hotel!
Pros:

Lovely location, close to everything yet tucked away so it provides a bit of privacy and peace from the busy streets!
P.S I stayed in the pool access room and it was fantastic

Cons:

Honestly I don’t have any negatives, it is my first time in Thailand and I had a great time in Rawai and at this hotel

Pros:

L'espace jardin autour de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu, les pavillons autour donc au rez-de-chaussée avec meubles anciens.
Le confort du lit et l'entretien régulier par le personnel
Le petit déjeuner copieux jusqu'à 10h
L'emplacement pratique près des commerces et surtout des restaurants

Cons:

La plage n'existe pas à Raway c'est plutôt un port pour les pêcheurs et les départs de bateaux de tourisme
Le bruit de certains locataires qui laissent leurs enfants hurler surtout à la piscine
Les chambres rapprochés, balcons, donnent peu d'intimité

Une isolation peu efficace

Loved the place, shame we couldn't stay longer
Pros:

The room we ended up with was excellent, large, comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. the bathroom was large with plenty of hot water and facilities. The pool was great, and i a fab setting surrounded b trees, plenty of shade etc

Cons:

two things could have been better

firstly when we booked a 'superior room/villa' we expected it to be within the hotel complex, it wasn't ir was 800 meters away, and a good 15 minute walk, fortunately the hotel management changed the room

secondly we asked if we could extent our stay, which could only be agreed if we paid cash!! As our Holiday insurance is through our bank we has to pay be credit or debit card, so sadly they lost a customer and we had to move on!

Excellent stay. Perfect for what I needed. Despite the lack of sun beds and thin walls, I would stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the staff are really helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with house keeping every day.

Cons:

The walls are a little thin so you have to hope your neighbours aren’t noisy and there are only about 15 sun beds around the pool, so you need to be quick to get one.

Very good value, great location, lovely room , enjoyed the pool area too !
