Pros:

Rented two apartment suites for four nights, rooms were very good size and had bath tubs, rooms also had refrigerators hot water and air conditioning.

Cons:

Low water pressure.

Really worst hotel in tacloban

I booked separately 1 night and another 4 nights in june 2026. The first night was in hell. Everything was bad. Dirty room, smell bad, molds everywhere, insects, humidity. The day after I asked the receptionist to cancel my second my booking(4nights) , she told me that she will do it but nothing happened. I transferred to other hotel en 2 days later i came back to red doorz to asked again about my cancellation and for a refund and saw the same receptionist and she told me again she is waiting for the respond of the red doorz management. Until now i didn’t receive any refund. What a shame

Pros:

The staff was amazing, the bar on the 7th floor is a great place to hang out in the evenings. Very convenient location within a walking distance of most everyday needs.

Cons:

The rooms are way overdue to be refurbished, and the price is a little high for the quality of the accommodations.

Not my expectation to be so bad like this
Pros:

In the center, easy access to public transportation

Cons:

Dirty shower, curtains and bed sheets with insects , old facilities, very noisy aircon, smell of the room and the bedsheets, no charging points

Towels felt cheap or maybe old already so may need to get new ones. But they were clean and even warm when it was given to us.
