Quiet area and reasonable for price.
Cons:

Broken faucet in kitchen. Didn't like toilet and sink area being separate. Did not like having to drive over every morning for breakfast.

Waking up over the River was birthday perfection!
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect!! Every room gets a balcony over the gorgeous river, and the Inn’s available tubes are a nice touch. There was a balanced and complete breakfast every morning, with so many options to choose from.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average. It had an indoor pool. Parking area was lit up at night.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Couldn’t sit out on balcony because of smokers . Which I was looking forward to River stream view !! Lots of bugs . Parking terrible!!! Couldn’t eat breakfast no place to park . Staff rude upon checkout . I’d rate it a .1 out of 10

Perfect Stay
Pros:

We loved being right by the creek. We were in the building by campground. Was a very nice room. The ducks are friendly and my daughter loved feeding them. The staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again.

The elevator took so long and it was so hot.

Very relaxing and fun visit. The ducks are always a bonus.
Pros:

The bed were super comfy. The room was very cool on an extremley hot two days. We enjoyed all the space and the super cute atmosphere.

Cons:

There was a faint smell at first but it went away after being their and the doors being opened and closed a few times

My 8 year old son loved this place so much! Family friendly. Would def stay again!

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Pool was excellent. My 8 year old son loved this place. The arcade and go-carts right across from hotel was so convenient and fun. Would stay here again 100%

Hotel was outdated. The room was not as clean as I would like. The curtains were nasty and needed washed and the room smelled musty. The bathroom was very small.
