Wonderful weekend in the Smokies!
Pros:

It was in a great location and our room was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The pics online are very d3ceptive. It didn't even look like the same place. Very doctored up online

The location and balconies.

Cons:

Our room smelled terribly, staff placed a couple of machines in the space while we were put for the day. The carpet was wet in front of the door. The smell continued.

The king beds were nice but the building where we stayed before with queen beds were fine. We could sit on the balcony

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! The river was 20 feet away from our balcony. got to see ducks, squirls, possum, raccoon, skunk, chipmunks and many different birds.

Pros:

I enjoyed the location. Close to Dollywood and Pigeon forge location. But being next to the River was very relaxing. Great value and good breakfast. I enjoyed the split room for families that allowed privacy.

Cons:

I do not have anything negative to say about my experience. I do with they had a designated walkway between the building and office building.

Amazing stay, would recommend
Pros:

Amazing property, very close to everything, clean rooms.
