Would definitely stay here again.. Great value friendly staff, very clean and great location
Pros:

The location was perfect! Everything entertainment wise - wonder works, parrot mountain, all the attractions were within 15 minutes of our hotel. Ot was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were very friendly as well.

Cons:

The only thing I didnt like was having to park in the overflow parking underneath the main parking bit it wasn't a big deal. Infact, I accidentally left my windows rolled down all night and nothing was missing from my car so that's actually a plus! :)

Perfect place to stay for the perfect vacation
Pros:

Pros:

We had a room with 2 king beds. Room was fine. On the river.

Cons:

Only complaint was no one made beds. We stayed 4 days. They removed trash and gave fresh towels daily. When asked why beds weren't made they replied the company charges 25.00 a day if you want beds made. I travel for 13 years at my job. 4 days a week in hotels. Never have I heard we don't make beds and charge you if you want beds made. Lol

We enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again

The balcony overlooking the river was excellent.
It was quiet and peaceful.
The view from the location itself was excellent
And we enjoyed feeding the ducks!
It was an excellent stay ,would definitely stay again .

Cons:

We observed that the outside trash cans on each floor were overflowing with the same trash for days. But it was immediately taken care of when addressed.

Best hotel!
Pros:

This was a nicer than most in the area. The river balcony is awesome. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was more than perfect.

Nice clean rooms right on the river. Great stay for the cost.
Pros:

We love staying at Creekstone on the ground floor by the river so we can watch the ducks, geese, & squirrels up close.

Cons:

They didn’t come to clean the room & refresh towels until 4 pm and by then we were back in the room getting ready for dinner. So we told them not to worry about cleaning the room. The late service was disappointing.
