Location and rooms were nice
The staff not very kid friendly. And our lock on our door stopped working and no-one could fix it. So as a family we couldn’t all leave. Someone always had to stay back. It was never foxed during our stay.
Wonderful breakfast every morning and location was only minutes away from all attractions in Pigeon Forge.
The only thing I didn't like, was having to leave. I will definitely stay there again.

Shower had a lot of pressure and was very hot the breakfast was good the next morning
Ac was very loud and the room was okay I guess but I hate the layout the bathroom door is right in front of the bed bad place to be small bathroom
Excellent layout of room and amenities. Love balcony overlooking the creek. Note campground us on the other side. You can also use tubes in pool or creek.
Google directions to site. Also note check in is in building across the street.

Fire alarm waking everyone up around 5:30 amworks. Then again, at 6:15 a.m. But on the plus side, we know it works

Check in was terrible, the worker was kind but setup is so outdated.
Staff, housekeeping, and location was great. Breakfast was good, just need to add fresh fruit and cinnamon for the oatmeal.
The advertising of two queens and a sofa bed...there was not a sofa bed, so my grandson slept on the floor, which was nasty. The towels were so thin and rough, they felt like sand paper against the skin.
Clean and very pleasant.. Kids have a pool and creek and another salt water pool and playground.

There was no locks on door, showers were slick, beds were very uncomfortable, rooms are very run down nothing like the pictures.

Was placed in the secondary building which was ok but needed some more TLC. Paint and plaster starting to flake away above shower head; toilet clogged easily. 10 am checkout and wanted $50 to extend even for an hour!!! Told lady at checkout about toilet and she said ok and added it to a list. No indication of “I’m sorry” or that she even cared.
