Excellent place.
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to pier, beach and downtown area. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I was defrauded
Pros:

The room had a balcony and the location was okay.

Cons:

My main complaint was the broken hot tub (which was my main reason for selecting this hotel) and the staff's handling. After checking in to discover the hot tub was unable to be used, I called and asked to be switched to a room with a bathtub. The young man working the front desk said their were none available. When I asked if he could help me somehow by cancelling or a partial reimbursement, he put me on hold for some time and returned to say the manager coming in the morning would provide a partial reimbursement.

However, the following morning, the manager repeatedly said he had no notes from the evening staff without apparently looking because at the end of our conversation he mentions having notes that I wanted a bathtub but had ordered a room without one. He concurred the hot tub was not included either instead merely a bonus and there was no reimbursement. The room I ordered did say it had a bath tub option and the hotel falsely selling based on having a hot tub, combined with the "promise" of a partial reimbursement by staff left me highly disappointed and feeling robbed. Lastly, the breakfast was definitely sub par.

Great location, nice hotel - don't buy snacks.
Pros:

Late checkin was easy, as was late checkout. Room was great, clean, quiet, batch products exceptional.

Cons:

Snacks from the lobby shop were massively marked up. $7.50 for a granola bar, $9 for a 20oz diet coke. Coulld (and should) have gobe up the road to 7-Eleven, but it was after 11pm and I was tired.

Pros:

We love the location. The room was clean and nice, beautiful view.Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed in room 306. The bed on the left squeaks when you get on it. Kinda didn't expect that because everything else is so nice and well cared for.
