Cons:

Front desk staff Mary is very rude, she has no customer service skills, doesn't know how to talk to people, and doesn't know how to answer questions without rolling her eyes and talking down to people.

Pros:

Staff was responsive and took care of my concerns right away. Convenient vending area.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, but one of their guest started smoking marijuana inside their room. It seeped out into our room, which made us sick. I informed the staff and they dealt with it right away, which was great.
