Customer service was good

Cons:

The toilet wasn't bolted to the ground it leaked and the shower didnt turn off all the way. There was ants and the sink was busted.

Staff were nice (two ladies) one that chwcked us in and one who checked us out.

Property located closed to convenient stores and Starbucks.

Property is old, rundown and needs a lot of maintenance.
Our rooms have a very dirty smell, I had a room with a couch which is very dirty and smells very bad. The room is big. Curtain didn’t closed all the way and it was VERY DIRTY with stain, glue mark and some other things that we don’t want to know and don’t want to touch. We have to leave it like that. But it was uncomfortable to be exposed like that since the window is right up front where everyone walked by and can see us inside My daughters room was not smell as bad but the bathroom was dirty and the door was not secure we feel a little shaky with that door. We stayed at 148 and 147

Also, the swimming pool is dirty and nothing like photos.
We are disappointed since we were looking forward to enjoy that pools but it was nothing like what we see on the website.
