Convenient location for visiting the NYC area.
The hotel works well if you just need a place to stay for a night or two.
The room was functional and served its purpose for a short stay.
The rooms and shared areas are outdated, especially the bathrooms.
The sink faucet in our room did not close completely and kept dripping.
The bathtub did not drain properly, causing water to accumulate in the middle.
The breakfast was very basic and had no protein options such as eggs, bacon, or ham during our stay.
There is a sign stating that breakfast cannot be taken to the room and that guests may be charged if they do so. This is something families with children should keep in mind.
we found bed bugs in our room it was on the 3rd floor, they cant even say that they we unaware because they had bed bug powered underneath the couch and underneath the side of the bed, when we went down to the worker she said she had no idea and that we couldnt get a refund until the following monday, we opted to getting a different room because it was 1am so we had no where else to go, fast forward there manager was supposed to call us never did, also never got my $330 charge back

Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre mais n’allez pas la notre chambre étais DEGEULASSE je n’aurais même pas osée prendre un bain j’avais peur de toucher au divan et aux autre chose dans la chambre le rebord de la fenêtre était remplis de champignon je n’ai jamais vu ça évitez c’est loin des arrêt de bus le quartier est totalement degeulasse et salle comme je n’ai jamais vu ça!!! En entrant dans la chambre sa sentait mauvais il faisait chaud sans bon sens

Not much! old place, dark parking lot, hardly anything for breakfast, no place to sit...
Your site says they have a shuttle to Time Square and they don't! It cost us U$66 to go to Time Square and U$80 to come back, that means $200 Canadian for us. We would not have went there if Booking.com had not said they had a shuttle! I will be writing a review with the details so people don't keep on booking thinking there is a shuttle.
