I am writing to express my disappointment about my recent stay at your hotel for two nights.
I arrived after a long 16-hour drive from Kentucky with my children. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay:
• The lamp on one side of the room was not working.
• The TV channels were not working properly.
• There was no Wi-Fi available in the room.
• The breakfast quality was very poor. The options were limited to bread, croissants, coffee, and tea, and even the coffee creamer appeared to be diluted with water.
Despite these problems, I did not complain during my stay because I wanted to avoid any trouble and simply rest with my family.
On checkout day, I requested a small understanding because I was travelling with kids and might be about five minutes late. Instead, a staff member was sent to my room, and I was told by a staff member named Romi (speaking on her cellphone) that if I was even five minutes late, I would be charged for an entire extra day.
I found this treatment very upsetting, especially after the inconveniences I experienced during my stay.
I hope you will review this situation and improve customer service and facilities so future guests do not face similar issues.

There really wasn’t anything we liked other than it was a bed to sleep on.
Wasn’t the cleanest, and there was a big argument between a couple on our floor. It lasted multiple hours and multiple complaints were made to the staff and front desk with nothing being done about it. The breakfast they offer was basically just cereal.
Good service and close to NY
Rooms were small. Breakfast was ok-ok. Should hv been better with some hot food options.

Room had paint peeling from ceiling, the sink was cracked in half, the walls had water damage that was making wall paper bubble, the remote batteries were held in by tape.
We have a good time and we got our breakfast thats a good deal thanks

Room, clean
No TV internet, and the bath from the bathroom was rusty, the coffee was not that good.
Standard room and service and can be improved.
No smart tv, the corridors had an unpleasant smell, and overall infrastructure needed improvement.

Absolutely nothing. I actually didn’t even stay.
The first room they gave me the door looked like it was kicked in. The door was literally missing pieces and wouldn’t lock. They gave me another room and the bedding had stains all over it. I decided to leave.

Just the location
crappy carpet, squeeky main door, Entry card getting De-magnetized, No smart TV (no internet connection to TV), Only limited items in breakfast, Breakfast hours fake advertised ( instead of 6am to 10am it is 6.30am to 9.30am). Just felt like a very old place that could use remodelling.
