Faible pression d'eau
Pros:

Le confort du lit et des oreillers! La calme à l'intérieur malgré la proximité de la route/autoroute, le petit-déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Le seul bémol était la faible pression d'eau dans la douche.

Čisté pokoje a velmi pohodlné postele + příjemný personál

Cons:

I když byla dobrá snídaně, nabízeli každý den to samé - byli jsme zde v zimě a jelikož se jí v podstavě u hlavních dveří , které byly furt otevřené byla pěkná zima a do toho nefungovalo ani na topení na pokoji :(

Overall it was a good place to stay. Pretty convenient since it was near America Dream mall.

Convenient to the park and ride. Would stay again.
Pros:

Room met our space needs. Close to the Park and Ride to access the city.

Cons:

I am writing to express my disappointment about my recent stay at your hotel for two nights.

I arrived after a long 16-hour drive from Kentucky with my children. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay:
• The lamp on one side of the room was not working.
• The TV channels were not working properly.
• There was no Wi-Fi available in the room.
• The breakfast quality was very poor. The options were limited to bread, croissants, coffee, and tea, and even the coffee creamer appeared to be diluted with water.

Despite these problems, I did not complain during my stay because I wanted to avoid any trouble and simply rest with my family.

On checkout day, I requested a small understanding because I was travelling with kids and might be about five minutes late. Instead, a staff member was sent to my room, and I was told by a staff member named Romi (speaking on her cellphone) that if I was even five minutes late, I would be charged for an entire extra day.

I found this treatment very upsetting, especially after the inconveniences I experienced during my stay.

I hope you will review this situation and improve customer service and facilities so future guests do not face similar issues.
