I liked the location.
I was disappointed with the check in process. Brenden at the front desk was not very helpful. I waited over 30 minutes to check in. My room was cancelled because I did not check in on the day it was booked and had difficulty getting another room booked and he was not very friendly about the situation nor helpful. He, did not provide any information on my stay as far as breakfast nor amenities.

Beds are low, requested firm pillows and stated we had all the pillows are in the room. Paid cash for tokens to do laundry and we were told what we didn’t use we would get cash back. Upon checking out, stated no cash back. Hotel looks wonderful outside but rude front desk and lies, will not stay again. Don’t go to this one pick another one, deceitful practices.
We had the pleasure of staying at the Homewood Suites By Hilton Plano- Richardson this past April. We were in town for a National Sled Hockey Tournament - and had a lot of families traveling in. We worked with Julie on their sales team - who was responsive, thoughtful and answered all the questions we had.
For us, we loved the larger room options for families, the pool and basketball court for the kiddos, and the fire and chairs in the courtyard for the adults.
Everything was great - from the atmosphere, the breakfast, the friendly staff, the daily cleaning services, and the value for the rooms!

The price is a bit high.
It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice which included everything from hot options to yogurt and blueberry muffins. I am very particular about where I stay because I want a clean, quiet and comfortable place to sleep and this delivered. The linens were clean and I even checked under the sheets and the beds are mattress protected. I would definitely recommend.
The staff was friendly and helpful for a total stay of 5 days. Or room was wonderful, separate sitting area from bedroom and full kitchen. Even though it was pet friendly, we did not experience a room that smelled of pets! We have had Very Bad experiences with hotels that are supposedly high end. The breakfasts were very good and used regular disks and silverware. They did have disposable products if you wanted to take it to your room. The price and quality were excellent!! Easy access to all Dallas areas
This is our new go-to hotel when we visit Dallas. The hotel is immaculate and appears newly remodeled. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful (very friendly) and always willing to help and make the experience better.
