Breakfast, room cleanliness.

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice which included everything from hot options to yogurt and blueberry muffins. I am very particular about where I stay because I want a clean, quiet and comfortable place to sleep and this delivered. The linens were clean and I even checked under the sheets and the beds are mattress protected. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful for a total stay of 5 days. Or room was wonderful, separate sitting area from bedroom and full kitchen. Even though it was pet friendly, we did not experience a room that smelled of pets! We have had Very Bad experiences with hotels that are supposedly high end. The breakfasts were very good and used regular disks and silverware. They did have disposable products if you wanted to take it to your room. The price and quality were excellent!! Easy access to all Dallas areas

This is our new go-to hotel when we visit Dallas. The hotel is immaculate and appears newly remodeled. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful (very friendly) and always willing to help and make the experience better.

Property was extremely clean.

This is the third Homewood Suites we have stayed at and by far, the best. The cleanliness of the rooms is superior to the others as well as the friendliness of the staff. Marisol was extremely kid snd professional every time we came in contact with her. Will always stay here when visiting our family.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
Lobby/Front Desk: The entrance was very clean and fresh. The Front Desk personnel were very friendly and considerate. The lobby was spacious with plenty of seating.
Elevator/Hallways: We stayed on the 4th floor. The elevator was clean, quite and moved at a normal speed. The hallways were wide, clean and odorless.
Room: We had a king suite. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of room and I appreciated the study area. We did not use the kitchen but it was clean.
Bathroom: Everyone wants a clean bathroom and this did not disappoint. The only slight criticism was the closet doors were a little short for the opening so they actually swung in and out from the bottom. The AC worked and was a quiet.
Other Public Areas:
Breakfast: Plenty of seats. The food was above average with a large serving area. As with other Homewood Suites, the staff were very friendly.
Workout Room: larger than most hotel chains. It was well equipped with free weights and treadmills.
Pool: It looked nice but we didn't use it.
General area: The hotel had a grill with a very large patio area, a nice area to just sit and visit with friends and a modern outdoor basketball 1/2 court.

Overall Summary:
I remember when this hotel was built (several years ago) and it has not aged. Too many times a franchise will build a nice facility but then the management creates problems with too much deferred maintenance. Not so here! In regards to a hotel that is part of a hotel chain, this was an excellent hotel. This hotel is clearly a hotel that well represents the high standards of a Hilton hotel. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to others, whether it be a long or short stay.

I recently visited the Homewood Suites Inn Plano. The service was absolutely amazing. From the greeting at the front desk with Janine Johnson to the cleaning of the rooms, To the maintenance of carpets, To the breakfast and food service, everything was above my expectation. This is a great place to rest, socialize, and bring your associate for business ventures. Thank you, Homewood Suites for everything.

the facility was perfect just like always, very clean and spotless. great group of people working together, but the person who shined above all was Miss Jeanine Johnson at the front desk, wonderful caring individual, she handled her business in a professional manner. Thank you, Miss Jeanine, for your excellent customer service skills and friendly smile. We are planning our next trip back to Plano already.
