Not nearly as good as I've come to expect.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Our experience on this trip was not up to the standards that I have come to expect from Hampton Inns. The hotel was just a little sad, not in bad condition, but seemed a little worn out and tired. The staff was friendly enough, but when I asked at the front desk if our small blue freezer pack could go in a freezer over night, I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. When I retrieved it in the morning, I discovered it had been put in the fridge, not the freezer, which rendered it completely useless for our travel that day. And the plumbing in our bathroom was virtually nonfunctional. We would flush the toilet 4, 5, or 6 times and the bowl still wasn't empty. In the past, we have always felt confident staying at aHampton Inn, and now we will maybe think twice before booking again.

Cons:

When we arrived we were told that they over booked and we were sent to the Holiday Inn in Oxford. We were never notified of this change. We paid in advance. Please refund our money.

My stay at the hotel was great I always enjoy staying there when I come to Oxford ,Ms.
Pros:

The breakfast was great; I especially liked that snacks were available if you wanted them.
The room was clean, and the temperature in the room was excellent.

I enjoyed and had no issues.
Pros:

Loved the stay! I travel for business so the next time I, or any of my employees, come back to Oxford that will be our spot! Thanks for the excellent service.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, suitable and keep me full for the ride home but the bacon was barely completely done. Not a huge deal, but just answering the question. Overall it was a complete great experience.
