Clean place, comfy bed, good breakfast, good location … the pool was closed 2 weekends in a row, my friend had stayed there the weekend before and then also stayed with me on my weekend and the pool was closed both times.

The main door had a large gap that could be seen through and the window had a crack that was partially taped but seemed like a hazard. They should definitely fix this

The pool was closed down and i wasnt notified when made reservations if had know wouldve went somewhere else my daughter my wife and i was really wanting a pool so was highly disappointed should've been told in reservations pool was down.

Extremely loud at all hours of the night.

Lack of food in the morning at 8:30. There was a lot of people, they ran out of major breakfast items and was not making more.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!!! The staff was professional and friendly, the shower was nice and hot, and the breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, and more. There’s no need to spend more money somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The first room we were in a cat had peed in the room and there was a very strong cat urine smell. They did switch us but how could the cleaning staff NOT smell that?! The second room smelled like cigarettes. There was a questionable stain on the bed covers too. It just made me feel like the room and bedding was not clean.

Location, easy on/off the highway & a gas station next door

Cons:

Room bathroom a little under clean. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Outlet next to one of the beds did not work. Had to use Outlet next to other bed.
Shower door dis not completely close, water was able to escape.
While there was shampoo & conditioner provided, it appeared 2 shampoos but one might have been body was labeled wrong.
Breakfast was mediocre.
