Pros:

It was a place to sleep.

Cons:

We were charged and extra $50 pet fee per night which equaled and extra $200 for our 4 night stay.

Beds were ok. It did the job. Clean.

Cons:

There was a very sketchy hotel right next door. Very difficult to order any food delivery, nothing close. Room felt like there should be a table, or small sofa. No place for us to sit and eat anything. Spotted a few "weird guests"

Cons:

No ice. Room smelled like an ashtray mixed with cat piss. No mountain view as advertised. Slack on snacks. Hot water didn't work on Saturday afternoon and the tall, thin lady i believe was very rude to my wife. Will NOT stay there again nor recommend

Good place to sleep.
Pros:

Good location on I-81, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, clean quiet. Good gas price and Dunkin down the street. Up to date furnishings. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive charge for my pet to stay.

Cons:

Pool was too cool, bathroom sink leaked underneath and hot/cold insignia on tap were reversed in Rm. 111, TV difficult to start channels. Coffee was undrinkable and no sugar free creamer available.

Keep your expectations low and appreciate the room rates and location.
Pros:

Great location. Quiet.

Cons:

Two of our four rooms had mold in the bathrooms and smelled very musty. No personality of the two front desk people. Never at the front and seemed annoyed that I rang the bell and disturbed them. No fruits or protein for complimentary breakfast.

We didn't get to stay since we were concerned locals which is sad my family would stay there near the lake just to enjoy a weekend at the lake and play in the pool with our children for a price we could afford now that new owners are no longer allowed to do so! So my review isn't about the staff nor the motel itself it's about the new ridiculous rules in my opinion therefore my review is sad that a family who would just like to get away for a weekend on a very fixed budget to let their children enjoy themselves!
