Description of suite did not reflect reality.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and location was very good.

Cons:

The toilet was too low for a handicapped person like me. My spouse said there was an odd odor as if someone had smoked or vaped in the room.

A $12 parking fee in ROSWELL? Gimme a break!
Pros:

I stayed for one night on January 1. First, a $12 parking fee in freaking Roswell? This franchise owner is doing quite the money grab. Ridiculous, @Marriott. Further, the elevator wasn't working and hadn't been working for a week. I saw an elderly gentleman struggling to lug his luggage up the stairs. It is inexcusable for a Marriott hotel to have a broken elevator -- and during the holidays. The staff was wonderful and clearly embarrassed about all of the above. I'd avoid this hotel because of the poor management and/or owner.

Lovely stop!
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Hotel was well cleaned and polished. Rooms were spacious and had nice customizations. Had plenty of grass in front and back (even a nice designated pet area with bags) for dogs. Great restaurants next door and within walking distance which was helpful. Downtown was also a walkable distance. Rooms were quiet - didn't hear outside at all. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Entering the room smelled of mold - possibly from the shower drainage issues. Not sure this is every room. Elevator was out of order so needed to carry baggage upstairs. Breakfast was good but needed to be attended to more as things would be not filled consistently.
