Bien que votre personnel ait été courtois et professionnel, je dois vous informer que l’expérience globale n’a pas été à la hauteur du prix payé.

Pour une nuit à 600 $, je m’attendais à un niveau de service nettement supérieur. J’ai dû me déplacer à 6 h du matin parce que votre employé n’a pas été en mesure de brancher correctement ma voiture électrique sur une borne publique. À ce prix, il est très surprenant que votre hôtel ne mette pas à la disposition de ses clients des bornes de recharge fonctionnelles ou, à tout le moins, qu’un service compétent soit offert pour en assurer l’utilisation.

De plus, la chambre n’était disponible qu’à partir de 16 h, ce qui n’a fait qu’ajouter à ma déception.

Dans ces circonstances, je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander votre établissement

la chambre était très confortable et l,hotel très bien situé

Cons:

Pour le prix il n'y aucun verre en vitre dans la chambre, aucune bouteille d,eau gratuite , 1 café par personne. tous les petits détails qui font la différence dans d'autres hôtel. Je suis membre Marriot Bonvoy cela fait quelques Marriott que je fais donc Barcelone et je ne compte plus allez dans vos chaines car le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. Dommage
