Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer auf renovierter Etage fein
nur eine sehr kleine Anmerkung:: Gern mehr Aufhängungen für Handtücher im Bad
haben auf einem der neueren/ renovierten Flure übernachtet. Dort war es sauber und angenehm. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht.
Schöner grosser Pool, in dem man (ungestört) lange Bahnen ziehen kann
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: der Pool war nicht beheizt und bei eher frühlingshaften Temperaturen kostete es schon einige Überwindung, ins Wasser zu gehen. Ab 22.00Uhr war er geschlossen. Man braucht eine Badekappe.
Es gab nur 1 Bademantel für 2 Personen.
Mehr Aufhängmöglichkeiten im Bad für benutzte Handtücher wären fein

The Receptionist that attended to us was awesome. Cindy Hu. She was so relatable. Her English was so good and she has a great sense of humor. I love the fact that a Robot brings your food to your doorstep when you order food from outside. The ambiance is great

Nice place to stay
my stay was comfortable. hotel staff are very good especially the check in girl called Sindy. She was very helpful.
My main recommendation is that overall condition of the hotel is getting old and renovation is necessary.
The staff are very helpful and everyone very friendly. Especially Cindy on reception desk and the porter at the front. Always happy to assist and made stay very pleasurable indeed. Buffet breakfast is wide choice for all tastes and consistently well prepared and delicious. Will be staying again.

The staff at the counter was not to good with English. It was a Sunday when we arrived and the staff the next day did have better English. I want an interpreter for my business meeting and found it was easier to find one on Facebook.
