It's law quality Chinese version of Sheraton
Pros:

Rooms are quite big and comfortable. breakfast is very good. beds and showers are perfect.

Cons:

1. carpets that are stinking after every wet cleaning.
2. we had "pay at the hotel" option so they charged us with a double amount for a security deposit and when we left the hotel, I have got money back after 3 days - that is very uncomfortable. I do not know if they charge prepaid guests too.
3. A bit far from the main part of the city.

haben auf einem der neueren/ renovierten Flure übernachtet. Dort war es sauber und angenehm. Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht.
Schöner grosser Pool, in dem man (ungestört) lange Bahnen ziehen kann

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: der Pool war nicht beheizt und bei eher frühlingshaften Temperaturen kostete es schon einige Überwindung, ins Wasser zu gehen. Ab 22.00Uhr war er geschlossen. Man braucht eine Badekappe.
Es gab nur 1 Bademantel für 2 Personen.
Mehr Aufhängmöglichkeiten im Bad für benutzte Handtücher wären fein

Staff are great. Physical condition of hotel horrendous.
Pros:

Max from concierge, Lily, Jerry and the lady manager (with the badge at lapel) at the front desk are great!
The condition of the hotel is in desperate need of uplifting.

Cons:

Conditions of the hotel itself. I see stain, peeling off paint on the walls in the room even!

Pros:

The Receptionist that attended to us was awesome. Cindy Hu. She was so relatable. Her English was so good and she has a great sense of humor. I love the fact that a Robot brings your food to your doorstep when you order food from outside. The ambiance is great

Pros:

my stay was comfortable. hotel staff are very good especially the check in girl called Sindy. She was very helpful.
My main recommendation is that overall condition of the hotel is getting old and renovation is necessary.
