The Residence Inn is a very good location for visiting Eagle Creek Park. We love a suite when traveling for the convenience of having a full kitchen, living room area, and desk. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel is very clean and in a quiet, safe area.

Stayed 2 weeks for business trip. Well out of the way but with some restaurants and coffee places in the same estate. The staff were wonderful - shoutout to Peaches who made my day every time she was working! The rooms were clean and more modern than other RI’s I have visited. The pool was a nice plus but very small and not great for anything more than a dip. There was a large grill outside available for use but I didn’t use it. Hot breakfast options were fairly limited and as a European I didn’t recognise many options bar eggs, made breakfast in my room most days but that was my choice. Some of the staff had very limited English so may be good to make sure someone on shift was able to communicate issues about room cleaning etc. Yes the road noise was loud but it is clear when booking that it is located on an interstate so unsure why people complain about this, can you not see the map? Overall a pleasant long stay. I would recommend

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and it looked like they had remodeled some of the hotel because it seemed fresh and new. The staff was amazing!

We dealt with two people, Mike and another lady (whose name I didn’t get, sadly). They couldn’t have been nicer people, always greeting us with a smile on their faces and in their voices. It’s the little things that count, like when we checked out and Mike saw I had a cooler so he wanted to know if we needed ice for it. I know that doesn’t sound like much, but it was a demonstration of the thoughtfulness that permeated our entire trip.

The room itself was very nice with a good TV, clean bathroom, and comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. It’s not in the most scenic area of Indy- you have a choice of looking out at a recovery center or the interstate- but we weren’t there to wander around the immediate area so that didn’t bother me. It’s located right next to 465 and only a mile from 65 so it was the perfect jumping off point for getting places.

Highly recommended for cleanliness and friendliness!

The only reason why I didn’t rate the hotel full 5 stars was because we were at the property for about 8 days and not 1 day was the room cleaned. We had to ask for towels, we gave the wet towels to the maid every few days to get new once. We had to ask for body wash refills and new toilet papers. We even asked when will the rooms be cleaned and was told on 3rd and 5th day. But that didn’t happened. Breakfast was ok. But the bacon didn’t look like real meat. Looked artificial.

We love this hotel and use it every year for our GenCon trip. It's an easy drive from the ICC and Lucas Field and other downtown Indy locations.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. We will be coming back in 2026.

Great grill to cook out!

TV didn’t work, handle on sink faucet came off, handle on toilet handle came off, chargers on night stand didn’t work.
The receptionist at check in was very friendly.

Extremely friendly staff! We loved the room- comfortable, spacious, clean. We traveled for athletics, so the kitchenette was nice for light meal prep. Breakfast was decent- variety of food groups to choose from, including grab and go items.
Pool was a little grimy looking. Third party booking said parking was free, hotel website states a charge- so, that was conflicting.
