Pros:

That it wasnt packed and food was ok

Cons:

The fact that from midnight to one both nights I stayed people was slamming doors and keep us awake

Cons:

Instantly greeted by another couple before we had even walked into the lobby stating they had seen roaches and bedbugs in their room and that we should not stay there. They had their luggage and were loading into their car.

Not a great first impression so I went to the desk to ask to cancel my reservation. Since I booked though Booking, they could not give me a refund and told me I’d have to go through Booking. We’re not helpful or friendly at all. Stayed elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

Long n TIRED
Pros:

The morning staff of day of check out tried to charge me 100$ for smoking in room. As of day of check in i was going outside to smoke all on camera all day n night never smoked in room not once. I got accused of smoking in room. I appreciate this i should not be treated like this

Great value for the comfort.
Pros:

Good value, comfortable suite. Would stay there again.

Weird musty smell in the lobby/halls, but it didn't bother us that much.

Landlord special
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Hotel was given a “landlord special” the doors to rooms didn’t close properly and had an inch gap. AC was iffy, elevator was broken. Breakfast seemed to be left out all morning ( it started at 6 and we ate at 8 with stiff sausage and questionable eggs)

Bugs everywhere!!
Pros:

First room had black mold on the bathroom ceiling and bugs all over. Got moved to a second room to find out there were cockroaches on the ceiling

Ok place to stay to visit family
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but ran out quickly. One staff was running front desk and breakfast alone. Room was fine.

Cons:

Pool was advertised as indoor heated, but was cold and they were out of towels. As mentioned above, breakfast ran out quickly with one person trying to do breakfast and front counter. Ptac in breakfast area had burned out plug, hotel looks worn out.
