We should have cancel and moved to another hotel but since we prepaid we stayed.
Pros:

It was fine standard free breakfast.

Cons:

The room had a damp smell.
Garage was not emptied daily, had to put the trash in the hall.
The was a hair ball under the bathroom sink our whole stay which meant the bathroom was not fully cleaned.
Hotel looked rundown not as nice as the described.

My stay was awful. Fire the staff and hire people that will actually do their job.
Pros:

Tv and wifi didn't work. Lady told me she would be in to fix it and 2 days went by with no response from her. They follow you around and out to your car . Not friendly. Had no urgency to help. Had to wait 40 mins for someone to get to the front desk to check us in after a 6 hr drive.

Cons:

Didn't like the experience at all. Tv didn't work. Wifi didn't work. Staff said they would fix and after 2 days she still didn't fix it. Terrible experience. Trash and crumbs everywhere.

I will not stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was sufficient.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was not working and everyday the staff lied about it becoming ready.
Couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. It felt gummy.

Disappointing. Will never book a choice property again.
Cons:

The first rooms were disgusting. A used bar of soap in the shower.smelledike cigar smoke covered in aerosol window shades brokelights broken closet doors broken. Set off my asthma. Got moved upstairs. Rooms did seem clean but wiped everything down with lysol. Floors are very dirty and sticky. Smoke alarms are disconnected.

It is falling apart. Dirty, the entrance light to my room was flashing. There was no body wash soap, the toilet roll holder was broken. There was a banana peel on my basin.
