It served its purpose well, we had a place to sleep close to where we were headed to.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, professional and prompt to respond to any concerns. The D-lux diner in walking distance was a convenient (and very decent tasting) option for dinner and breakfast. Parking was easy, location convenient to Legoland (about 10 min away). Price was ok for what it is.

Cons:

Not sure how 4 people (2 adults, a teenager and a 9 year old) were supposed to sleep in a room with a King bed and a twin sized pullout couch. Definitely have to ask (and fit) an extra rollaway bed. There were also crumbs in the pullout couch and stains on the mattress cover. Also, there was a very strong smell of either a cleaner they use or almost like a very strong fragrant laundry detergent smell in the room that gave my younger child a headache (it was gone once we left the room to go get dinner, then returned once we were in the room again for a few minutes).

Might not ever go there again . The way it was handled was ridiculous.
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when I checked in I was given a room . I stepped out for a little to come back and find out my room was given to someone else. Also to make matters worse they left my stuff in that room . Wanted to speak to a manager and no one could appoint me to one. The fact that they think this was okay was not okay. The amount of money just for the room for one night to deal with that was not worth it.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be staying at the Marriott Courtyard ever again.
Pros:

Not much. Room were large. Bathrooms were clean.

Cons:

First, it took 25 minutes to check in even though there were only two people ahead of me. I arrived after a 6+ hour drive at 2:35 to learn that my room was not ready. Check in time is 3:00. I needed to give them my cell number so they could reach me when the room became available. I needed to wait in my car for the call as there was no AC in the lobby. The call arrived at 3:20. Check in at 3:00?? I paid over $500 for the room, usable for 20 hours, checkout time at 11 AM. That comes to $25 / hour, but I am not able to access the room until 3:20. Upon entering the room, it is obvious that the AC is not adequate to cool the room. The room remained uncomfortably warm for the entire stay. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was not working, so any cold drinks or food items were not able to remain cold.

Wedding Block - May 22nd
Pros:

We stayed here for our wedding including our entire family from all over the United States and Ireland! Jasmine was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire wedding process less stressful and a breeze! Highly recommend! We also rented the bar out for late night after party and the bartenders were amazing.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful but the downstairs area really needs a remake.
Pros:

The room was spacious and of a good standard.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor, only 2 choices for cold food and 2 for hot. The downstairs area is rather tired and the pool area has no changing facilities and also looks rather shabby (door lock bound up with gaffa tape!).
