Scandic Helsinki Station

Great location. I could acess the platforn for my train in less than one minute.
Polite and efficient staff, clean room and good breakfast.

Check in was smooth although there was a short wait due to a queue. Reservation staff friendly. Breakfast was very good, which to us were a range of healthy foods on offer. Room was of reasonable size with double bed, a small working table with chair in front of the TV, and free coffee making facilities. Unfortunately, there was no near power point socket at the working table which would make things easier when working though not an issue. Location of the hotel was definitely good for us, which was adjacent and within a less than five minutes walk after exiting the Helsinki Central Station. Centrally located with easy access to buses, foods (restaurants too), shopping malls and within walking distance to the Helsinki Market Square and some other attractions. Overall, Scandic Helsinki Hotel is a very good, nice, and value for money place to stay. We would certainly return to stay on our next visits and would highly recommend to others too.

The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the cleaning staff did not lock the door to my room after cleaning - my room was open for anyone to come in all day long! This is unacceptable! When I brought this matter to the receptionist, all I heard back from her was how sorry she was it happened. Breakfast was ok, but all the pastries were gone by the time I got to breakfast at 8:45am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Theyre saving with having minimum ac in the rooms. Not cool

Outstanding location, good food and service. Too bad the room was so hot I could barely sleep. They gave me a tiny fan, which didn't help much.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Helsinki. Great location, close to everything. Wonderful hotel staff, comfortable and clean room. A complimentary breakfast was delicious!

I have stayed here before and will again. I basically used it as my base to visit other cities, as it is right next to the RR station. Extremely convenient. The breakfast is generous and has just about anything you could want no matter where you’re from. The staff was most accommodating. I will definitely return shsin

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Holiday Inn in Helsinki.
Nothing was too much for the staff, they were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
