Decent but not great.
Pros:

The room was good sized and had mostly the items needed for a kitchen type situation, if they had been cleaned and not sitting dirty in the broken dishwasher. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety for the four days I was there.

Cons:

The wifi never worked and I had to set up a hotspot from my phone. The television never worked. The dishwasher was broken and full of dirty dishes so there was only two forks, one spoon and one butter knife clean. The general cleanliness was mediocre at best . . . food still on the microwave door and stovetop, and a coffee stirrer in the middle of the carpet.

Pros:

Apon arriving in Bend to go spring snowmobile riding following a four hour drive, I encountered trailer distress. After dropping the trailer, I proceeded to locate my hotel to check in with my reservation prior to resolving my trailer issue. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming. I was surprised and pleased to discover Napa Auto parts directly next door. This provided me the opportunity to resolve my issue successfully and be ready to hit the snow. Certainly a great location and overall an amazing experience. I will be returning again. The breakfast was fantastic. From the front desk to the housekeeping, the hospitality I received was top Teir.

Cons:

The only thing that comes to mind is that my reservation was cut short due to an unexpected day late arrival. Next time, I will plan for a week long stay minimum. Awesome exspirence. I will recommend to others looking for a similar exspirence. 😀

Pros:

Staff and breakfast were excellent. Good location near shops, restaurants, and Pilot Butte.

Cons:

Pillows were thin and there's no gym. Toilet needs to be better secured to the floor.

Probably would not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok and open. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The hidden price for having a small pet. Charged $30 for small dog which I believe was excessive.
The carpet and furnishings seemed worn and dated. Parking was limited for vehicles With small trailer.
Desk staff were less efficient than needed. I had mistaken my arrival date and after correcting it at check in they kept electronically texting me wrong information concerning my stay.

Overall the comfort of the hotel was good and the breakfast was good.
Pros:

Country Inn & Suites is in a central location. The beds were comfortable, and the fire place was going upon our arrival. Their were freshly made cookies and were were checked in promptly.

Cons:

One thing that I wish was different was the black out curtains did not move over the whole window so it made it hard to sleep because of the bright lights of the parking lot.

Pros:

Our room was the suite with a kitchenette. Weve stayed here many times. The manager was wanderful, prompt and very kind in taking care of a couple things that needed attention. They left an extra basket they put together of goodies as a token for our inconvenuence.
