Disappointing!!!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. Undisclosed pet policy on Booking.com is unacceptable. Property should be required to disclose all fees. All fees should be transparent otherwise it is deceptive. Customer should not have to contact property separately about possibly additional fees. I occurred an additional $120 in pet fees for two nights. Ridiculous!!! I will moat likely return to Orbitz who does a better job.
2. Hallway and room carpet are nasty dirty. Hallway carpet is tired and all wrinkled.
3. All bottom electrical outlets were not working in our room.

Good value, very clean and comfortable, quiet location but close to town.
Pros:

Excellent. Could be served at 6:30am for travelers who are hitting the road.

Cons:

Did not find the pet fee on the website. Also, I didnt checkout because there was nobody at the front desk at 8:30am and no indication to go online. I got the message on my phone but was traveling so I didn't see it until 5pm, long after checkout.

Would recommend to everyone.
Pros:

Have stayed before. Always very nice. Clean, staff is excellent, very accommodating. Their breakfast is exceptional, can’t beat it!

I was afraid to touch anything. I got a rash.
Pros:

The breakfast had decent choices and I appreciated the option of almond milk in the fridge (but the bananas were really overripe).

Cons:

The furniture upholestry was stained badly--I put towels down before sitting on anything. There was pet hair all over the carpet. There was no hand soap provided at the bathroom sink (despite messaging the front desk). There was no hairdryer in the bathroom (compared to other Bend hotel chains at the same price range, such as Waypoint and Towne Suites, which provide one). The mini-frdige, set to the mid-range, froze and ruined the food I stored in it. On Day 2, a smell of rotten food wafted from the kitchen sink and invaded the room making it nearly inhabitable. The phone on the desk was so dirty, I had to use paper towels to touch the receiver and buttons. The front desk staff was barely perfunctory in their engagement, although, honestly, I was just trying to get out of there as fast as possible.
My face broke out in a rash on Day 2.
DONT STAY HERE if cleanliness and hygeine are important to you.

Would never stay here or bring my family to stay here for a vacation.
Pros:

I was on call for work and had to be close…this location served that purpose.

Cons:

I had to go through 3 rooms before I got one that was acceptable. The fist one had large stains all over the couch and the second one wasn’t cleaned properly (there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the counter surfaces were dirty).

Not maintained, not very clean
Pros:

I get that this is not an expensive hotel and don't expect high quality furnishings, but I do expect it to be clean and maintained. We had to change rooms because there was a gross yellow stain on the comforter. All the carpets are very old, lots of stains, and are wrinkled. The first room has a funky smell. Definitely not a repeat even as a fast overnight.

Everything was exceptional except for the loud hum coming from the constantly running bathroom fan.

The breakfast was excellent. It included bacon which you don't see much these days.

Cons:

The slightly less than exceptional score for the facility is because the rooms have a constantly loud hum coming from the bathroom. I believe it is from the always on bathroom fan. I could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. It was hard for me to get to sleep and stay asleep. Wearing ear plugs might have worked. The hum did not seem to bother my husband's sleep.

Great location and value
Pros:

Best motel breakfast in Bend, Oregon
Pros:

We stayed at the Radisson next to Pilot Butte for three nights. Their breakfast is outstanding. They had great potatoes, eggs, French toast and three kinds of fruit along with a fruit to go over the food. It’s well done and well presented.

One of the best stays in any motel in the last year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to pick up some fresh warm cookies at the front desk. Also, they have some tea, coffee and hot chocolate when you need it.

Upstairs was quiet. The elevator and stairs were both great. Staff is on call 24/7 at the desk.

Lots of hot water in the shower tub. If you needed more towel towels, they are available at the front desk or they would bring them up to you. The fiberglass tub area needed some attention with some great big black spots in the soap area. Maintenance needs to look at this and fix it.

The Internet worked well. No problems.

We will return to the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. I shouldn’t forget that when you arrive they will give you a bag of goodies and water to take to your room.

One thing that they could add to make a better place to stay is a weight/exercise room. For those of us that are older and need to exercise after every meal it would be a real addition.
