A tired property with a wonderful staff!
Pros:

Wonderful, friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

A tired property! Showing its age and use this property could use a refresh. The bed was lumpy, and not overly comfortable. TV remote did not work.

Pleasant room for a lovely quick trip through Bend.
Pros:

The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a quick stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the variety was surprising. The egg scramble and red velvet waffle batter especially made it feel special. Standard options were all available as well!

Cons:

The parking lot is fairly small, but despite it looking full, there were still parking spots available. Also, the bathroom door nearly touches the toilet. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, but I can imagine it not being the most accessible.

Pros:

Super easy to get to, parking is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

A taller toilet would be great. My wife is only 5 ft tall and she had a problem getting down. The bathroom smelled a bit musty

Would definitely stay again, price was right, location was perfect!
Pros:

Location was convenient, breakfast was good, 24 hr coffee. The staff were awesome!

Cons:

Older property, needs some updating, the couches in the king suite were stained. The dishwasher was out of order.

Great place, bad experience!
Pros:

Great location but…bed & pillows had horrible body odor from previous guests. Hotel sold out & couldn’t Change rooms. Totally gross and too late to change hotels. Bed in room 212 should be replaced!!

Nice sitting area to unwind by fireplace .

Relaxing and so friendly!
Pros:

Great and friendly staff went out of their way to facilitate our special needs. We were traveling from a medical visit and stopped in Bend for family. My son has special medical needs and requires special cleanliness requirements.... the facility was immaculate.

I do not recommend this place in the summer!
Pros:

Breakfast room was nice. Ran out of things quickly.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not cool. Luke warm room. Couldn't sleep. Front desk person said it was fine. It wasn't! Old room. Not as clean as other hotels as early as yesterday. After driving 7 hours I was very disappointed in the room, the service, and the lack of cooling. I will never stay here again!
