Our room was the suite with a kitchenette. Weve stayed here many times. The manager was wanderful, prompt and very kind in taking care of a couple things that needed attention. They left an extra basket they put together of goodies as a token for our inconvenuence.
Jasmine at the front desk was so kind and accomodating. Room was clean as was the hotel overall. Quiet and comfortablke but Jasmine made it a notable experience.
Clean rooms and a great breakfast for a hotel!
There were stairs with no elevator access where our room was so we had to carry our heavy luggage all the way down the end of a long hallway. There was no way for the luggage cart to get to that floor.
Clean and quiet. Jasmine at the front desk was exceptional!
Beds were comfortable. Quiet room. The bed and bath were clean.
Dirty wore out flooring. Our toilet ran every ten minutes. Needs updated
Stay here every time I end up in Bend. Welcoming staff, close to everything I need, great breakfast, away from the crowds that sometimes get to be too much
For the price and value I cant think of anything
Clean, upscale, excellent bed and linens, excellent breakfast, terrific value for the money.
It's advertised as a corporate "Radisson" property. Falsely, without disclosure. It's enough that I may erase the booking.com app and stop using this agency. It changed from Corporate owned Radisson, to a "Choice Hotels" owned franchise in 2022. I used to use Radisson hotels on business before I retired. Now it's a franchise of the Choice Hotels chain, a largely Indian (or Indian-American) owned motel chain. Huge difference for a motel (culturally, and otherwise). The property itself, including the rooms, still have the charm of the original Radisson Hotel standard. It still retains upscale features, and has been kept clean, consistent with Radisson properties. However, if you look around a bit, you realize that it's ~~ NOT ~~ that any more. ALL the furniture is chipped and damaged. The bath towel rack is missing a bar. There are unprofessional patches in the plaster walls. Carpet in the high traffic areas around the elevator and stairs is worn, stretched, and long past due for replacement. The commode is loose to the floor, and rocks when one sits on it. It's clear that this property is not being property maintained. It's still on our "list" for future use along this route we take several times a year, because in comparison, it's still a huge flight above most other mid-range motels (i.e. for those of us retired folks, now paying our own tabs). However, within 5 years under current management, it'll become a worn out, low end hotel, like ALL of the rest of the Choice Hotel lines. Again, I have 40 years experience as a business traveler, and "I know things ..." about the hospitality industry.
The breakfast was phenomenal. I had the scrambled eggs, French toast sticks with blueberries and cool whip and sausage patties. The other choices were fabulous as well. I've never eaten a better breakfast anywhere else.
Quiet comfortable convenience
Friendly
great value
door slammers down the hall were rude ,,not the motels fault... Right after paying for my stay someone tried to steal 15 dollars using my credit card. I do not trust bookings .com
Easy parking, and across the street from large shopping complex with grocery, restaurants, etc…
N/A. Everything seemed appropriate for the cost
Great comfortable room and nice employees

Handicap accessible room with doorbell had a low bed.
Very easy to transfer from chair to bed!
Handicap accessible room with doorbell had a loose bathroom door that swung inward to toilet making it difficult to transfer and impossible to close door while wheelchair was in bathroom. If bathroom door swung outward wheelchair occupant could transfer to toilet and have door shut for privacy!
Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable.
1. Undisclosed pet policy on Booking.com is unacceptable. Property should be required to disclose all fees. All fees should be transparent otherwise it is deceptive. Customer should not have to contact property separately about possibly additional fees. I occurred an additional $120 in pet fees for two nights. Ridiculous!!! I will moat likely return to Orbitz who does a better job.
2. Hallway and room carpet are nasty dirty. Hallway carpet is tired and all wrinkled.
3. All bottom electrical outlets were not working in our room.
Staff was friendly
Dirty in the room
