Great location and value
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious suite, clean room, lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast had a wide selection.

Cons:

Hallway carpet needs to be replaced.

Best motel breakfast in Bend, Oregon
Pros:

We stayed at the Radisson next to Pilot Butte for three nights. Their breakfast is outstanding. They had great potatoes, eggs, French toast and three kinds of fruit along with a fruit to go over the food. It’s well done and well presented.

One of the best stays in any motel in the last year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to pick up some fresh warm cookies at the front desk. Also, they have some tea, coffee and hot chocolate when you need it.

Upstairs was quiet. The elevator and stairs were both great. Staff is on call 24/7 at the desk.

Lots of hot water in the shower tub. If you needed more towel towels, they are available at the front desk or they would bring them up to you. The fiberglass tub area needed some attention with some great big black spots in the soap area. Maintenance needs to look at this and fix it.

The Internet worked well. No problems.

We will return to the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. I shouldn’t forget that when you arrive they will give you a bag of goodies and water to take to your room.

One thing that they could add to make a better place to stay is a weight/exercise room. For those of us that are older and need to exercise after every meal it would be a real addition.

Pros:

Descent rooms, good price, offers free breakfast, in the summer there is a pool. There are a few stores within walking distance.

Cons:

The front desk staff was very nice but the rest of staff was extremely unfriendly. My family and I greeted the house keeping and lady working in the breakfast bar and got no response. No hello or even a smile. I get they are busy though. Was thinking its just an Oregon thing but everyone else is friendly!

Over all nice place to stay

Cons:

Unfortunately I was over charged due to their computer system. Not happy but lesson learned.
I will only use booking.com from now on.

the girl at the counter was very friendly and gave us recommendations about the town and was very accommodating with anything that was asked. Unfortunately didn't get her name, but all of the staff was lovely.

Outside looks nice, inside is in desperate renovation. Thank heavens the staff was very friendly.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Dirty and torn carpets. Handle did not shut off toilet. Pull rod missing from drapes.
Overall appearance was rundown and needed updating.

If you have the ability… stay somewhere nicer.
Cons:

The staff was nice, breakfast was good too. Unfortunately our room was pretty bad. The floors looked dusty, furniture looked worn down, the lightbulbs on our light fixtures were out, so I couldn’t even read at night with a softer lighting source. The lock to the bathroom was broken, so it couldn’t be locked. The price was wild for the accommodations provided.
