Het ozo vriendelijk personeel!! Maak niet uit van welke afdeling. Ze waren allemaal erg vriendelijk en vrolijk..,

Keuken stonk naar schimmel
Appartement is behoorlijk verouderd maar daar is dan ook de prijs naar.
De 2 aparte bedden.. je kunt niet even lekker tegen elkaar aan gaan liggen zonder dat de bedden uit elkaar schuiven.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, silencioso, com uma cozinha compacta e funcional. Piscina super limpa. O hotel fica a cinco minutos de Eagle Beach de carro. Funcionários muito atenciosos e competentes. Destaque para Maya, a supervisora da recepção que foi muito colaborativa com a gente.

I would prefer to rent an Airbnb for that price. The only thing that made me happy was the delicious breakfast.

After check in , I received immediate scam that knew my phone number , my name , dates of hotel stay may be somebody who scammed have my copy of docs , idk.

The floor was dirty since the check in and until the last day, really dirty ! My feet were black when I took off my flip flops.

Room 67 - I should had view to the pool but I saw just a wall , dirty blue wall .

Smell bad outside.

Desde o pessoal da recepção, da limpeza e do restaurante, sempre muito simpáticos e prestativos. A limpeza do studio e troca de toalhas é feita todos os dias. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.
O local fica a 5min de supermercados e menos de 10min de algumas praias.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado, pra quem quiser fazer até alguma coisa para comer e bem fácil. Para Brasileiros que são acomodados com buffer a vontade no café, lá não é assim, mas acredito que seja cultura de cada país. Tem um cardápio com 12 opções e só pode pedir uma, mas todos os pratos tem frutas e café e suco a vontade. A cozinheira está de parabéns, provei vários pratos e todos muito bons. Todos os funcionários são muito cordiais e educados. Parabéns ao hotel!

O único ponto que eu melhoraria seria alguma possibilidade de blackout no quarto, pois as vezes amanhecia e o quarto já ficava claro porque as cortinas das portas são translúcidas... algumas vezes tive que colocar toalha pra bloquear a entrada de luz, mas não foi uma grande questão.

Personal muy amable. Las piscinas geniales. El desayuno incluido con muchas opciones diferentes para elegir. El Restaurant muy buena opción para cenar también.

Cons:

La cama ya estaba un poco viejita y se escuchaba bastante de las otras habitaciones, pero no pasabamos mucho en la habitación de todas maneras.
