Overpriced and very basic

Location is good

Cons:

Not worth the price at all. Picked this as the pictures made it look like a luxury hotel. Unable to use the pool. Room was basic and nothing special at all. Assume the location and time of year play an impact on the cost but £300 for 2 single beds for a night stay was poor. I asked for an additional bottle of water for the room and was charged €3. Would not stay again and would give somewhere else nearby a try over this.

Que con lo que pagué (1090 €) por 4 noches solo hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y la cama 2 veces y cuando
pregunté me dijeron que era la norma y solo la hacían cada 2 días cosa que habiendo estado otras veces nunca
me había ocurrido.
Pregunté en recepción 2 veces y la primera el hombre que me atendió muy antipático , la segunda la chica muy amable.
Lllevo muchos años viajando y nunca me había ocurrido, en un establecimiento de esta categoría no puede pasar esto.

We komen zeker terug.
Pros:

Hele mooi kamer.
Hotel ligt op een goeie locatie, wij kwamen er voor de Kerstmarkt en op 500m heb je de eerste Kerstmarkt. Ook de tram is heel dichtbij.
Het ontbijt was super lekker en voldoende.

Mooi in centrum

Cons:

Parkeergarage staat vol met mensen die niet in hotel hebben geboekt en men geeft aan dat je kunt parkeren
In de bar ‘s avonds om 20 uur meer dan helft van de tafels voorzien van bordjes gereserveerd waarbij een groot aantal tot 23 niet worden benut en andere mensen niet kunnen zitten

Cons:

Zwembad was tegen extra betaling €18!! pp. Dat stond niet in de Booking beschrijving. Kamer was warm, douche kop bleef niet op hoogte....
