Unser Zimmer war eine Sauna Klima ging nicht und Fenster defekt. Konnte nicht geflickt werden. Anderes Zimmer bekamen wir nicht. Beim Frühstück gab es Mäuse und überall Fallen

Der Aufenthalt war mal wieder sehr schön, leider ist das Personal mehr als unzuverlässig.
Pros:

die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Besser geht fast nicht.

Pros:

Liked the room, the service from the bar staff and restaurant staff. The meal in their restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are meant to be cleaned every other day. Ours was not until we complained.
Also, we paid more than 500 Euros a night but they still charge you for extra coffee pods for the coffee machine. Not good.

Entsprach nicht den erwarteten Standards an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie
Pros:

Die Lage war für den Grund der Reise ideal.

Cons:

Kein Hinweis beim Check-in, dass das Zimmer bei einem zweitägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt wird. Weder Bett gemacht noch Handtücher gewechselt (die zum Wechseln gelwgt waren) oder benutzte Tassen entfernt. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel entspricht dies nicht dem erwarteten Servicestandard.
