Skvelý hotel a lokalita, ale problém s kúrením pokazil celkový dojem.
Pros:

Výborná lokalita blízko centra aj verejnej dopravy, v pešej dostupnosti množstvo reštaurácií aj Hard Rock Cafe. Raňajky boli naozaj vynikajúce a mali veľký výber. Hotel má krásny retro bar, izby sú veľmi priestranné a personál bol milý a ochotný. Veľkým plusom je aj pohodlné parkovanie priamo pod hotelom.

Cons:

Počas nášho dvojnočného pobytu nám na izbe nefungovalo kúrenie. Problém sme nahlásili, ale do konca pobytu nebol odstránený a nebola nám ponúknutá ani náhradná izba. V izbe aj kúpeľni bolo nepríjemne chladno, čo bolo obzvlášť nepríjemné, keďže sme cestovali s dcérou. Pri hoteli tejto kategórie by som očakával rýchlejšie vyriešenie takéhoto problému.

Guten Lage und freundliches Personal der Bar.

Cons:

In der Nacht gelangte stinkender Kanalisationsgeruch aus dem Duschablauf ins Zimmer. Das Personal meinte bei meiner Beschwerde „Da kann man nichts machen“ Es gibt viele gute Hotels Nähe Altstadt. Dieses würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Hyvä hotelli tässä hintaluokassa
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja sijainti oli hyvä. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Cons:

Perheessämme on allergikkoja. Kokolattiamatot on jokaisessa huoneessa, mikä hieman hankaloitti oloa.

Cons:

-Moquette vieille dans les chambres.
-Promesse d’utiliser le wellness center pour faire du sport et piscine est en réalité payant (en supplément) contrairement à ce qui est affiché sur le site. Décue.
-Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop déséquilibré pour ce qui est proposé.
-Choix tres limite au restaurant de l’hotel pour un dîner (décevant).

Pros:

It is a fancy hotel in old style way, the room was very spacious. The location is excellent for exploring Cologne landmarks during a short stay.

Cons:

During a heat wave in Germany, we booked the hotel in order to have some sleep in an air-conditioned room. Turned out that due to high demand the air-con was not working, and since the windows don't open it was stuffy air all over. Worst decision ever.
