Durschnittlicher Standard
Pros:

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Man bekommt ein Zimmer angeboten, wo das Kind bis 12 kostenlos ist. Es ist aber nicht die Rede davon, dass es dann auch mit im Doppelbett schlafen muss. Erst nach dem Buchen bekommt man eine Nachricht darüber.

Man Bucht ein Hotel mit Wellness; bekommt dann aber im Hotel die Info, dass es kostenpflichtig ist (18,50€ ) und man muss 18+ sein . Das ist nicht gerade zufriedenstellend, wenn das Kind sich so auf den Pool freut.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, überall fehlt ne Ecke und die Couch ist nicht wirklich einladend zum Sitzen. In der heutigen Zeit sollte so eine Hotelkette komfortabler ausgestattet sein.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es sind überall Haare: Handtuch, Bettwäsche und nicht richtig gesaugter alter Teppich. So eine Kontrolle nach einer Reinigung erwarte ich schon vom Hotelpersonal.

Если не учитывать отсутствие дополнительной кроватки или раскладушки для ребёнка то на 5 а так на 3
Pros:

Завтрак был отличный,месторасположение также отличное .Так же на рецепции мы попросили что бы в номере была ванная вместо душа,нам дали номер с ванной и душем !

Cons:

Мне не понравилось то что персонал отеля знал о том что я приезжаю с ребёнком но в номере была только 1 кровать и нам в 3-м было очень темно и не удобно!

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem .
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und alles sauber .
Ein leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Köln wieder im Dorint übernachten.

Pros:

Wir hatten technische Probleme mit dem Fernseher, ein Techniker war sofort zur Stelle und hat das Gerät getauscht. Auch an der Rezeption sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Dusche war nicht ganz sauber ,Haare vom letzten Gast im Abfluss . Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war nicht schön. Wir sahen praktisch gar nichts außer Lüftungsanlagen und rundrum andere Hotelfenster.

Гарний готель, наступного разу виберу його, як що сподобається ціна ;)
Pros:

Гарне розташування, все поблизу.
Просторий номер, є все необхідне.
За окрему плату можна відвідати СПА з сауною і великим басейном.

Pros:

The hotel did not have our room ready until 1 o’clock at night. We had to take a room at another hotel instead. Unfortunately, we received no compensation or refund.
