Misleading
Cons:

My experience with this hotel was disappointing, but what happened afterwards was even worse.
I booked a room for one adult and two children. Despite this, I was obligated to be charged additional fees for an extra bed. If a hotel accepts and confirms a booking for one adult and two children, it is entirely reasonable to expect that suitable sleeping arrangements for all guests are included in the booking price. Presenting additional costs only afterwards is, at best, poor transparency and, at worst, misleading.

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the availability of the swimming pool facilities, especially as I was travelling with children. Unfortunately, key facilities were either unavailable or did not meet the expectations created during the booking process. This significantly impacted our stay and the value we received for the price paid.

However, the most unacceptable part was the hotel's handling of my complaint. I took the time to submit a detailed and polite complaint outlining my concerns and requesting an explanation. Instead of addressing a single issue raised, I received a generic response thanking me for my “fantastic stay” and stating that they hoped to welcome me again in the future.

This was not only unhelpful but frankly disrespectful. It gave the clear impression that my complaint was either never read or simply ignored. When a hotel is unwilling to engage with legitimate customer concerns and hides behind automated template responses, it raises serious questions about how much it values its guests.

Mistakes can happen in any hotel. What distinguishes a good hotel from a poor one is how it deals with complaints and customer feedback. In this case, Dorint failed completely. The lack of transparency regarding charges, combined with the dismissive and indifferent response to a formal complaint, has destroyed any confidence I had in this hotel and its customer service.

Entre la réservation sur Booking et la réception une incohérence de prix et de service ! Je réserve une chambre de deux et une de trois personnes, à mon arrivée on nous demande un supplément pour un lit hors que l’ enregistrement lui etait de deux et trois personnes. Ensuite ont nous dit que l’accès piscine est seulement pour un certain type de chambre. Dans le descriptif il est pourtant bien indiqué aucune restriction et pourtant. Il est indiqué aussi enfants de 11 ans gratuit, mais au final payant! Le personnel qui nous prends pour des imbéciles par rapport à ce problème et nous dit que Booking font des erreurs. Une fois pas deux!

Top Lage, schön, tolles Frühstück. Zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Top Lage, schönes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Auch die Zeiten fürs Frühstück sind sehr gastfreundlich gewählt - frühmorgens ist dies bereits geöffnet oder nach langem ausschlafen kann auch noch gefrühstückt werden.
