I would not stay again unless it has been updated.
Pros:

The breakfast is okay. I liked the location. The staff was very responsive. When I arrived the toilet was not flushing well. It was taken care of immediately. The exercise room and laundry were nice.

Cons:

The room was very shabby. The air conditioning was noisy and the room always smelled faintly of smoke. The kitchenette was good but the dishwasher was so nasty, I only opened it once and closed it immediately.
The sitting room had a broken down couch/sleeper bed that was so uncomfortable, I never used it. I understand this location will be updated within the next year which is it badly in need of.

The 3rd shift front desk staff was VERY RUDE came to the front desk inform her the TV wasn't working and her response was and I quote" WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT ITS at 1:30 IN THE MORNING I ask could we be transferred to another room she shouted NO and walked back into the room that she had come out of and slammed the door we have stayed at this hotel on many occasions BUT NEVER AGAIN

Pros:

Loved the kitchen space and full size refrigerator. Also very clean

Cons:

It didn't have some modern updates such as USB outlet. The dishwasher was so loud you couldn't even hear each other much less the Television. Although we were told they were replacing them with new ones. Over all though it was very comfortable.

Almost Perfect Stay at Staybridge Suites Lincolnshire
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Lincolnshire and overall had a very positive experience.

The property is comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the location is excellent for both work trips and personal travel.

The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which I genuinely appreciated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of a small issue with a food order. I requested a chicken sandwich, but what arrived instead were chicken tenders. The invoice also showed a lower price than what I had paid online. I still ate the meal because I was very hungry, but it was not what I had ordered.

Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else was great. If I return to the area for work or any other reason, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good value for a large suite near wedding venue
Pros:

Large, bright and airy suite that was laid out well. We did not confined to a box. We traveled for a family wedding and were able to relax with a snack and catch up on college football before the reception. Excellent breakfast with many choices!
