I expected more from a Hilton property.
Pros:

The property is being renovated and they have done an excellent job in the areas that have been completed.

Cons:

The on duty staff was not warm and welcoming. Fortunately, I brought my own shampoo but the hotel shampoo bottle was empty and there were black hairs in the shower - I am a blonde. The complimentary breakfast was VERY limited - no yogurt, no fruit.

Nice rooms and staff
Pros:

Hotel is being renovated so some areas of the first floor were unavailable but breakfast is still offered. Rooms are furnished well and members of the staff were friendly. Very close to airport but if there was noise from the planes, I slept through it. A nice stay for our weekend trip for a family reunion!

The elevator was very sketchy. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t really act like they cared much about their job. They are doing construction so laundry and is closed

Pros:

I wanted to say how friendly and accommodating that the front desk and staff are. I had an personal issue that I needed addressed and they went out of their way to help. The hotel was very clean and located conveniently to all the Shreveport/Bossier has to offer. Mrs. Latasha will greet you with a smile each day. Thank you for making my stay in Shreveport that much more enjoyable!

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Yes the hotel is currently being renovated but this did not impact our stay! Ignore the old, bad reviews from 2025 because its a new day! The staff was courteous, breakfast was delicious and the hotel was vety clean. I will definitely return on my next Shreveport stay!

Definitely Will stay here again.
Pros:

This hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not affect our stay at all. The desk staff was courteous. The room was in pristine condition. The breakfast staff ladies were exceptionally nice. They greeted us, asked how we slept, and let us know that if there was anything else they could for us to just ask. I give this hotel the highest rating. Some Hampton inns have not kept up to the standard s of the Hampton inn name but this one surely does.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The hotel was a mess! They are renovating and they should have mentioned this when we made our reservation. We love to swim and use the fitness center but neither were operational. Being a Hilton member I think they should give you the option to stay or go to another hotel. Really disappointed.

The beds was good and soft but the hotel it’s self was not worth the stay.
Pros:

The rooms was nice

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible. Staff was rude as heck. And I called weeks before the stay to make sure everything was available (pool and shuttle ) and I was never informed the pool was closed and that’s one of the main reasons we got the hotel. Or we could have stayed at families house but spent our money there instead.
