Proximity to Ruber International Hospital. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful especially Sara on front desk and our main cleaner in room 618. The bathroom facilities and amenity kits were good. The bed is a good size.
I wouldn't class the hotel as 5 star - The rooms and furniture are becoming dated. We got the 'suite' as we needed to cook special food but there was only a microwave and it was too high to be safe. There were no cooking utensils - We had to ask for plates, bowls, cutlery and mugs. The fridge wasn't big enough for food. Plus, the pool was shut as notified on the listing BUT ALSO works were taking place everywhere outside, which meant you couldn't even have a drink in the sun. Very disappointing for a '5 star' hotel, especially as it was expensive.
