It was good. Better than most hotel breakfasts. We unfortunately did not arrive until 5 a.m. which is a bit unusual but we had called at midnight to say our new arrival time. We got to sleep, and take a shower which we needed. Although the check out time was noon, we had to leave at 9:30 a.m. for our next stop/appointment. But we got some sleep in a bed, a shower and breakfast which gave us the stamina we needed.

We got there and relaxed and watched television because it was raining outside. Sleep and eat.

Great for a springtime stopover.
Pros:

Ironically, we stopped in Warrenton to take advantage of the promised free breakfast on an 80th birthday, but the day before, when we stopped in the restaurant, we found the local branch had suspended that offer. Luckily, the breakfast at Holiday Inn was perfect. Walking around the property in the early spring, with four-inch growth of corn, watching long freight trains in the distance, and looking over the fence to watch truck repair activity totally made up for the Denny's disappointment.

Cons:

What's not to like? This is not a place to stay for the local activities, but the clientele are travellers eager to get on the road. That's what we are.

Amazing!
Pros:

Pool indoor and warm open until 10. Always a noon checkout. The breakfast was fresh hot and not “fake food”. Felicia was outstanding! Super friendly, handled a travel delay we had with no issue, and even brought up the hotel crib as the toddler wouldn’t have slept without it. Housekeeping gentleman was very friendly too.

Pros:

Staff was extremely professional and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient access to the interstate.

Cons:

There is no beating around it, the structure isnt well insulated. You hear footsteps and water/bathroom usage of all of the surrounding rooms. Loudly. Come tired or with earplugs.
