Friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Location and room

Cons:

No curtains in bedroom. Just thin blinds that let it light from outside. Pillows also weren’t great

החנייה עלתה 40 פרנק, אבל כשביקשתי להטעין את הרכב, לא גבו עוד כסף.

Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio e tornerei volentieri.
Pros:

Soggiorno davvero ottimo! Hotel in posizione centralissima, perfetta per muoversi a piedi. Camera molto spaziosa e pulizia impeccabile, bagno compreso. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione più che buona, varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Unici due piccoli nei: mancanza del frigobar in camera e costo del parcheggio interno un po' troppo alto considerando che è all'aperto.

Pour nous donner une raison de revenir à Lucerne
Pros:

Excellent trois étoiles. Très bel hôtel près de la gare, architecture préservée, personnel très accueillant, chambre prête avant 15h, laquelle j’imaginais beaucoup plus petite vu son appellation « Chambre simple confort » (214), mais c’était beaucoup mieux ce à quoi je m’attendais, très bonne dimension, avec coffre, thé, café, et les personnes de petite taille me comprendront, enfin un miroir amovible dans la salle de bains pas trop haut !, un canapé, chaînes françaises, près du KKL pour les concerts où l’acoustique est exceptionnelle, je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit donc je ne peux que parler des quelques heures où j’y étais, bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Sa position vers la gare fait en sorte que c’est un peu bruyant, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Convenient Location
Pros:

Location is perfect, very close to the train station, particularly one right across the street to enter the train station. Room was good enough size for a family of 3. Hotel also provided portable fans to beat the heat! Only negative is staff at the reception. Naim at the reception was great and very helpful. However, Rico needs some training on how to communicate and communicate with the travelers taking a long overnight trip. We were bit early for our checkin and were told that room may be ready by certain time. When we checked, Rico's response was rude. Naim on the other hand was very calm and helpful for the whole stay.

駅前、部屋がばか広い。
東京の一人暮らし向けマンションより広い。キッチンついてたら多分暮らせる。

Cons:

バスルームの扉の手をかけるところが大きく切り抜かれてて、これ友達と泊まりに来てたらトイレするとき丸見えで絶対気まずい笑
水どうぞって書いてあったけど瓶の下から2センチくらいしか入ってなくて気まずい

Quick trip to Lucerne

Bel hôtel, très bien situé. Très bon restaurant et le personnel est très aimable.

Cons:

Ma chambre donnait sur une rue où il devait y avoir un bar qui était ouvert tard. C’était bruyant et désagréable car j’ai le sommeil léger.
