Location is so good , just steps from train station , quite area , beautiful entrance and interior , high ceilings and big room , comfortable beds and shower, I like breakfast , many options . Very close to walk to old town . We liked so much the location if you travel by train so comfortable , friendly stuff
No air conditioning and August it is hot
The hotel is directly opposite the central railway station and just a short walk from Chapel Bridge, making sightseeing effortless. Mr. Nadim provided exceptional service by taking the time to explain various travel options, booking our Mt. Pilatus excursion, and ensuring we received both a free Lucerne bus pass and a 10% discount on the mountain trip. Furthermore, the rooms are remarkably big and spacious, offering plenty of comfort throughout our stay.
Hotel lacks air conditioning because it is a heritage property, which can make warmer days noticeable. However, the management thoughtfully provides a standing fan in the room to help keep the space comfortable.
I was happy with the hotel and loved the location and the convenience of being so close to the train station and to most attractions. The room was clean and the breakfast was also good
The ventilation system was not very functional and not adjustable. My room was close to the kitchen ventilation shaft which meant that I had to endure a loud humming sound from 6h onwards. I think the hotel can improve these aspects as they do have an impact on the overall stay.

The proximity to the train station and old town was fabulous. The room was new looking and very clean.
It was unseasonably hot during our August 2026 visit, so the lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit tough. Thankfully, the hotel already had a good fan in the room, which made it bearable.
Good location, clean, comfortable bed, spacious room, nicely renovated.
The room was on the top floor and was very hot. They provided fans and we opened the windows at night but it was still hot. The staff explained that they weren't able to have air con in the heritage protected building. There was a large opaque window between the bathroom and bedroom which spilled light into the room.

Il faisait très chaud durant notre séjour, le ventilateur mis à notre disposition était très appréciable (pas de climatisation possible car bâtiment protégé)
Le parking était complet à notre arrivée, nous avons donc été au parking de la gare qui est cher 60 CHF pour 24h…
Petit déjeuner qui manque légèrement de variété sur le plan salé mais quand même très bon

在火車站附近交通便利雖是優點，但周遭噪音過多也是大缺點，尤其是周末夜間，夜店關閉後，人潮仍不散去繼續聚集吵鬧，麥當勞也開到清晨五點。周末火車站附近夜間吵鬧已成為琉森市的特點。若周末想住這間旅館，務必請櫃台安排內側房間，靠外側街道非常吵鬧。
另一個大問題是，房間無空調，僅提供電扇，在歐洲熱浪的情況下，室內極度悶熱。夏天訂房需考慮無空調問題。

Location is great; close to the train station and the flower bridge/water tower. Walking distance to the old town and many good restaurants and shops. The breakfast is good. Room is comfortable.

It was too hot and no air conditioning, just fans.
Location was excellent across from the railway station and directly in the city center.
The room was very very hot. We had to sleep jn 27 degrees Celsius with a cheap fan in the room. The shower was so small that you could not turn or shower in a normal matter.
