Pequeno almoço com muita pouca coisa, armário super pequeno no quarto, alcatifa suja que acho que já merecia uma certa modernidade. Lavatório da casa de banho entupido

Personnel très désagréable qui ne salue pas les clients, les filles au guichet parlent des collègues et se plaignent qu’elles en ont marre devant les clients!
Moquette dans la chambre pleine de taches.
Piscine dans un état lamentable, des serviettes usagées partout et de la vaisselle laissée par les clients, mais personne ne vient nettoyer. on aurait dit un hôtel abandonné.
Ma fille était malade, j’ai demandé par écrit et par téléphone d’avoir une chambre plus tôt, en proposant de payer un supplément, soi-disant que l’hôtel était complet et que c’était impossible.
Quant au petit déjeuner, beaucoup trop de monde, trop de bruit et vraiment ambiance cantine.
Si vous voulez un vrai quatre étoiles, prenez plutôt le Dream Castle qui est au même prix

Food wasn’t great. Had the evening buffet. There was minimal choice and poor quality for the price.

the storage room didn’t lock, we were given a different room to the one booked, our carpet had large stains on it. the hair dryer was also very poor

Exorbitant price per night (over €160 per person, excluding the tourist tax) for a decent hotel room, but one that’s just like any other room in any chain hotel. Hotel completely isolated in the middle of nowhere with no shops in the immediate vicinity (you are entirely dependent on the shuttles). Room: good soundproofing but very stained carpet which, given the visible crumbs and dirt, hadn’t been vacuumed in several days in some spots, broken sink shelf, outdated hair dryer, toilet bowl disgustingly black with grime, insulation material hanging loose between the ceiling panels, no ironing board, empty mini-bar fridge, no information booklet on the hotel’s operating hours. Common areas: two arcade rooms, no quiet place to get some peace and quiet; for two days, empty bottles and glasses were lying around in the hallway leading to the well-sized pool, which was completely unsupervised (the rule against running or jumping into the water is not enforced); the large gallery is as noisy as a train station at certain times, and its fast-food bar is empty, overwhelmed, and very expensive (€20 for a mini quiche and orange juice)—impossible to order a meal there before 7:30 p.m.???? The restaurant is very spacious but also extremely noisy; it offers varied buffets of decent quality. The staff, who are very friendly and clearly understaffed, do their best to keep this “food factory” running. The hotel's mini-shop sells souvenirs and nothing but souvenirs and candy... but nothing else; there are no small convenience items available (which is appalling for a hotel located so far from everything). A four-star hotel? What a joke...

Toilettes hommes au rez de chaussée très sales, une horreur, baignoire avec l’émail cassé, un accueil déplorable ou l’on donne des leçons aux clients, je passe la proposition des repas qui es une honte pour un 4 étoiles, j’ai un peu de mal à comprendre l’attribution 4 étoiles. Aucun respect des clients , les enfants sont les rois on se croirait en école primaire dans une cour de récréation.

It was not very clean.
My mother’s room had what looked like splatters of blood on the carpet & the side of the bath was dirty.
The rooms were very basic and not as spacious as they seem on pictures.

Personnel desagreable
