A visually amazing hotel with the interchanging themes which are very exciting for adults and children alike.
Nice oool area with some slight temperature unfortunately the smaller kids pool had a grainy, bumpy texture which I feel some children would not enjoy on their feet. Free lockers at the side of the pool is the a unisex changing area.
There is also a room across from the pool with soft play and balancing apparatus and a gym.
The receptionist was relatively nice on check in but she then dropped we had to pay hotel tax of €50 and a security deposit of €150 which can only be paid by card this took us back as we had fully paid for our room and don’t expect the deposit to be needed or one of that large amount although it is refunded it was a little overwhelming and unexpected.
The buffet had a range of hot and cold options on both the breakfast and dinner buffet although it w preferred the continental items more for quality.
The dinner buffet cost us €90 for a family of three.
the room is clean and eh bunk bed option for the kids was great.
unfortunately there was rust the tap on the bath area and the plug made a loud noise when draining was the only negative comments regarding our room.
The lads cleans or daily and the duvet smelled really lovely as usual as that sounds.
Free Disney shuttle to the main entrance.
The pillows are also square not rectangle for my UK travellers who might not like this
Property location was great, and shuttle service was good and convenient.
It was too basic and rooms were dirty. Lobby could do with a good clean. Bar food was extortionate in price. No actual food available at lunch time.
Polite helful staff comfy beds
Breakfast was poor choice.
Red flags from day one. Very small pillows, very uninterested staff. Breakfast buffet is very poor, food is dreadful and thats being kind. Not sure how this hotel got four stars.
The bus on offer to take you to disney is always full and I mean crammed to the point it's unsafe. Any accidents im sure would end in disaster.
To top it off a member of the cleaning staff stole money from our room while we were at breakfast. The instant defence is that you should have used the safe......besides the point. Employ trust worthy staff. After looking into this it turns out we aren't the only ones to report this.
Never got resolved and no compensation offered but reported to the police.
I cannot stress enough please stay away from this hotel, it will ruin your holiday.
On our second day we had packed our bags for Disney and left the room to go down to breakfast (which is like feeding time at the zoo). On our return 3 wallets had been taken from our rucksack with 160 euros in it! Do NOT book this hotel!
Enjoyed a family stay for 3 nights, for a trip to Disneyland. Check-in was smooth, and the first impression had a little "wow factor" for the children, with the magical arches of the Grand Hall bar. Can confirm they also make a good piña colada. Family room was comfortable and clean, cleaned daily by staff. Bunk bed with moon light was a hit as well, and the room comes with a small fridge if needed. Plenty to keep the children entertained at the hotel during downtime, with arcades, pool, shop, and outdoor areas. Breakfast was standard but plenty of choices and, although very busy, staff were efficient and polite.
Glad we booked, as other reviews focus on cleanliness which made me second guess, but our experience was absolutely fine here. Felt like good value for money, and we would book again.
Points to note if you're thinking of booking;
- Do heed other reviews on the chaos of the shuttle bus at park close time; consider driving if you plan to be there late , e.g. for the lights show (although, be aware of parking charges at both hotel & park)
- The pillows aren't great, and there aren't spares in the room, so consider bringing your own
- Be aware of car parking charge. We booked via another company and paid ~€50 for 3 days parking. If you book directly on the Grand Magic website, it says parking is free.

Super Staff,clean and friendly.
Need more shuttle buses
Stayed here recently during our trip to disneyland.
I'm surprised by the bad reviews as we had a great stay. Room was clean and tidy, albeit very warm. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, hot and cold food available.
We had a corner family room which was very large. Heard no noise from neighbours and was very peaceful.
Shuttle bus to Disneyland left every 10- 15 mins but was busy at times and felt unsafe. My 4 year old got crushed at one point when an adult fell on top of him. I appreciate that this is not the fault of the hotel but this is dangerous. There was also a female driver we had on a few occasions who spent the whole time texting and watching videos on her phone whilst driving, needless to day her standard of driving was appalling. On a few occasions we got uber to the park to avoid the bus.
Apart from the shuttle bus issue we had a great time and would return.
Son emplacement et la chambre
Le restaurant était médiocre. Le chauffage inexistant.
