Für Kinder sicher ansprechend.

Готель дуже гарний, чудове розташування. Номери просторі, зручні, але в нашому не працювали декілька світильників і розетка. Сніданки хороші.

We’ve previously stayed here twice before in September and November 2023 and I have previously written a 5 star review because I couldn’t believe at the time how amazing the hotel was!
Sadly, things seem to have gone downhill.
When we arrived this time we were greeted as always by the lovely reception staff who are friendly and their English is perfect! We got told there was a €150 security deposit which was fine, got our room key and went up to our room and our door was unlocked already and open. I was a bit worried as we had just paid a €150 room deposit and the door had been open all day I’m assuming, meaning anyone could have just walked in. I phoned reception to let them know and they said it’s okay, it was probably just housekeeping that morning have left it open. Which was fine but I would have preferred if they had sent someone up to check the room had no damage or anything before our stay (as there was damage with the toilet button when we arrived. The room is nice but there are quite a few stains on the floor but other than that I couldn’t fault the room. It’s spacious and the cleaning staff come everyday which is nice after a full day at the parks to come back to a freshly made bed!
The next morning our 4 year old son wanted a morning walk around the grounds. As we were walking, there were a pair of gardening pruners just on the floor, left there with no gardeners around. Thankfully, we were with our son and he didn’t get them before we picked them up & took them to reception (before any other children found them and could have been seriously hurt)
The breakfast also has gone downhill in my opinion. We saw pancakes there on the first day at 7am which quickly ran out and we didn’t see them again the whole trip. The full English section isn’t the best either.
On the last morning during breakfast, I tapped my son’s chair to tell him to sit down and my thumb started bleeding. I looked and a very small shard of glass was in my thumb which was worrying. Accidents happen and it was very, very small but I think more care into cleaning any accidents up need to be taken. I should have really said something about this but after saying about the door being open when we got there and the gardening pruners being left and not really getting any care I thought it would have been pointless to say about this too.
Lastly, the shuttle bus used to be amazing when we last came but this time it was a big health and safety issue. We got on it once where people seemed to just push and shove and kept loading the bus when it was already full. It terrified my 4 year old son so much so we then had to pay for Ubers to and from the parks which was money we didn’t really prepare for but a lot safer option. How that is even running like that I will never know as it will cause a big health and safety issue. It needs a drastic change before an accident happens.
It’s a shame as this hotel used to be amazing and I couldn’t fault it at all but this time we were really quite shocked at how much it has gone downhill.

De afstand tot Disneyland, de gratis shuttlebus en de faciliteiten in het hotel.

Zwembad was mooi en voor kinderen is de gamehal wel super leuk. De bedden lagen prima kamer was schoon

Good room and restaurant

Die Lage ist super und Hotel an sich ist eine gute Alternative, wenn man einen Tripp ins Disneyland plant. Das Abendbuffet hat uns überzeugt

Le thème, l ambiance, les chambres sont spacieuses.
Le petit déjeuner est top

La decoración temática como de magia y circo.
La piscina, la consigna gratuita, el bus lanzadera gratuito, el desayuno buffet incluido, la consigna gratuita...
Tiene mucha MAGIA !!!

Have stayed in both this hotel and the Dream Castle in the past under previous ownership .From magic after the Disney park to the anti magic to say the least. Do not be taken in by the photos on the website. Whilst the room was clean, the maintenance is clearly not done. Curtains hanging off, filthy stained carpets, dirty cups, leaking sink. Didn’t want to ruin our stay so when the receptionist asked if everything was ok when I checked out I simply preferred not to comment and she seemed to understand! ( the reception staff were great though!) Also breakfast was as expected for a 4 star hotel and well organised. The rest no way deserves a 4 star rating.
I’ ve seen previous reviews regarding the shuttle bus and can confirm all correct if not worse. Kids after a lovely day witnessing adults punch and verbally abuse each other. Disgusting. The hotels cannot be responsible for guests behavior but it happens on this route in particular. All the hotels belong to the “fabulous” group which simply do not provide enough buses for their guests ( they know how many guests they have staying, right?) resulting in bad behaviour and taxis taking advantage by offering lifts back to the hotels… but thank god they do even at a cost.
Back to the hotel.. even outside nobody bothers to empty the bins… first thing you see on arrival. First impressions and all that!🙄
