Un séjour globalement agréable grâce à un personnel accueillant, une chambre confortable et un bon rapport qualité-prix,

* Plateau café/thé à disposition, très appréciable.
* Petit-déjeuner correct avec du lait végétal proposé.
* Bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout avec le petit-déjeuner inclus.

Cons:

* Mot de bienvenue dans la chambre au nom d’une autre famille.
* Impossible de verrouiller la porte de la chambre de l’intérieur, ce qui est dommage pour le sentiment de sécurité.
* Verrou de la salle de bain placé à l’extérieur, un choix assez surprenant.
* En tant que végétarienne, le choix salé du petit-déjeuner était limité.
* Surprise écologique promise après avoir suivi les consignes, mais jamais reçue.
* Impossible de profiter d’un bain : le bouchon de la baignoire ne permettait pas de la remplir correctement.
* Caution de 150 € demandée à l’arrivée sans qu’elle ne soit mentionnée lors de la réservation, ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise.

Disneyland için ulaşım olmasını çalışanların güler yüzlü olmasını her türlü sorunu çözneye çalışmalarını detaylı anlatmalarını beğendik. Sadece Kahvaltı yetersizdi.

Pros:

El hotel en general está muy bien, es cercano al parque, es limpio y las camas son cómodas

Cons:

La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, el baño no tenía una ducha decente, era una esquina sin mampara en el suelo y se mojaba todo el suelo del baño, además de que te quedabas helado.
También la temperatura de la habitación era fría, tuvimos que pedir un radiador ya que esos días hacia mucho frío y sólo había aire acondicionado.

Parking payant. Les lumières des chevets ne fonctionnent pas pour bp de chambres mais pas d'ampoules pour les changer !!! Cendriers extérieurs vides mais pas lavés. Coussins des fauteuils intérieurs et extérieurs limites. Portes serviettes sdb qui se decrochent

Cons:

Esperava transfer com mais frequência. Acabamos por utilizar o Uber em diversos momentos (ora porque o transfer demoraria 50 minutos ou porque estava tanta gente a aguardar que viajar com crianças seria impossível viajar com crianças no autocarro).

Hotel stupendo, pulito e offre molti servizi! La colazione ottima con un vasto buffet di qualità.

Cons:

Penso che non dipenda dall hotel ma i mezzi di trasporto sempre pieni, abbiamo più volte dovuto aspettare il secondo bus a causa di affollamento
