They didnt improve or maintain. Our previous stay was far better.

Pros:

The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you bring food, drinks and ice to avoid having to leave your villa.

Good and fun stay with kids!
Pros:

The giraffe feeding.. the pool and the drop off to front door of room using their transportation golden cart.

Cons:

Nothing! Love the hotel must go specially when you have kids! And front desk personnel are so smiling and greets you with warm welcome professionally!

Great propert and villa, just fell short on staff and amenities.
Pros:

The property is very spread out, so you feel like you have some privacy. There were deer and ostrich within easy viewing. The air conditioning worked well too! The property hosted a wedding one night while we were there and had it all cleaned up by morning! The bathrooms were nice.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t incredibly helpful and WiFi wasn’t great. The villa we stayed in had an observation deck, which was nice but covered in bird poop so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Because the deer are allowed to roam free on the property, you also have to be careful not to step in deer poop. We only ate breakfast at the property but the food and coffee was not great. We didn’t have hot water in our shower.

Pros:

The property itself was very unique and I love the animals that walk around freely and friendly, staff were amazing. However food were not so much.

Good value for money
Pros:

The safari experience, staff were very helpful, room was nice & comfortable. Good value for money.

Cons:

Resort could be better maintained. We requested to be moved to another room because the previous room we had (lights did not work, toilet doesn't flush properly). Cleanliness of the entire place could be better, broken lights near the pool were not even replaced. Pool Cleanliness could be better maintained too. Water looked murky.
