This was a great hotel, would stay there again, and highly recommend it to others.

Nice clean rooms and great breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was great….especially the warm cinnamon rolls. I had trouble with the shuttle finding me at the airport and the staff was so nice helping me solve the problem.

Our home away from home
Pros:

We were evacuated during the fire at 11pm~our plan was always to stay in a hotel with our 2 dogs but we didn't take into consideration that they would all be full from spokane to cda. I called the holiday inn express at the airport and talked to Dez who said he had one room left and dogs were no problem~we of course expected an additional deposit. Dez was our angel answering our cry for help~he held the room for us without taking any additional info knowing we were in distress. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and compassionate. The rooms and hotel were lovely with every amenity we needed. We have 2 large dogs and there was lots of grass surrounding the hotel and across the street was an empty business park with lots of manicured grass. Hot breakfasts and delicious coffee were a bonus. We were there for 3 nights and didn't really feel the stress of the situation~we pretended were on vacation~and I miss my coffee being brought to me in bed LOL. Please ignore any unfavorable reviews~ this is a five star place in every category.

Pros:

I really appreciated the effort to accommodate my request for the quietest room possible as I am a very, very light sleeper. That meant a great deal to me! Thank you.

Cons:

I left too early for the breakfast and there were no "to go" bags. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to make a coffee or tea in the room.I've never stayed in a hotel with no coffee maker.

I used the airport shuttle and Gina was our driver. She was incredible, we left about 4 am and she made sure we had something to eat prior to our trip. She was so kind!

Convenience for airport runs.
Pros:

Breakfast and staff were exceptional. Even let us have a few goodies to take to the airport when we couldn't have breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Shuttle was great.

Wish they had dark out curtains. Too much light coming in from the outside.

our flight left before breakfast but staff let us pick up a few portable items that we could eat at the airport. Shuttle drivers were the nicest. Room comfortable.
