Internettet virkede ikke på værelset og der lugtede lidt af Kloark fra toiletter, men ikke så vi ikke kunne holde det ud.

Lovely hotel about a 20 min walk to the centre, fab breakfast and friendly staff, close to parking.
Pros:

Location was good, nice bed and en-suite, superb breakfast, friendly staff and near to a large car park.

Cons:

Had to swat about 12 mosquitoes in our room and we were still bitten all over.

Decent location, but facilities need upgrade
Pros:

Location was good , close to the tram and had easy reach to the centre.

Cons:

Breakfast is exhausted very quickly due to the many people visiting and it wasn't replenished

A proper luxury stay for an accessible price with the best concierge in Europe
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, Luca (the receptionist) was beyond attentive to us and our questions. We did a road trip through Europe and we all agreed that he was by far the nicest, friendliest person we met the whole trip.

The room was as good as Luca's service: huge, well furnished, clean and comfortable. I wish I had found a store that sold the local tea they offered in the room, as it was the best I've ever had. The bathroom is big and with a functioning bathtub. The beds are comfy and warm. Breakfast was also great. We could not believe our luck having booked this place, strongly recommend it.

Grazie Firenze e San Gallo.
Pros:

Ottimo stuff, un po' care le bevande (4€ una coca da 330ml), comunque una buona esperienza.
Consiglierei di cambiare detersivo dei pavimenti o risciacquare molto di più però perché le ciabatte e le scarpe si appiccicavano al pavimento. Il balcone e la camera erano nella media, un po' bruttina la vasca.
Piccola pecca del bagno è che si accendono TUTTE le luci insieme per forza e la mattina è come schiantarsi sul sole.
Ripeto però, un ottima esperienza e la rifarei volentieri. OTTIMA colazione e stuff super disponibile e cortese.

Agradable y linda zona!
Pros:

Me encantó la zona, ni tan cerca ni tan lejos de los lugares iconicos, el lugar bonito. El personal de recepción muy dispuesto y atento.

Cons:

El desayuno!!! no es variado, tiene máquina de zumo de naranja que no funciona, el huevo revuelto no se como expresar la textura.
Te recomiendo bajar muy temprano a desayunar porque si se acaban las opciones te quedaste sin probar y la respuesta es se acabó, incluso lo hicieron con las Panquecas teniendo la mezcla, luego por la molestia se tomaron el tiempo de colocar más.
