Pros:

A localização é excelente, ficamos em um quarto com uma vista linda. Check-in e check-out bem rápidos e tranquilos. Espaço do quarto bom, banheiro ótimo, roupas de cama limpas e confortáveis. Super recomendo e já quero voltar.

Cons:

A única coisa que deixou um pouquinho a desejar foi a TV do quarto que não foi possível conectar a Internet pelo sinal fraco.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.
Pros:

Localização excelente; as janelas são anti-ruído, então o som externo, tanto da avenida, quanto do aeroporto, não se ouve nada. Apartamento de tamanho bom, banheiro inclusive, com tudo que é necessário. Percebe-se que é um local de passagem rápida.

Cons:

Café da manhã razoável, podem melhorar; dei falta de produtos e utilizam alimentos embalados. Apesar das janelas serem anti-ruído, o barulho do compressor do ar condicionado é insuportável, precisei desligá-lo porque não estava conseguindo dormir. O chuveiro estava com furos tampados, ou seja, a água não cai em linha reta. A equipe conversa muito entre si e deixam a gente esperando, são muito jovens, precisam de treinamento adequado. Estava no 10º andar e um dos elevadores não estava com o botão 10 funcionando (não tinha como saber até entrar nele); a saída foi subir ao 11º e voltar pela escada. Foi uma passagem rápida, então tudo certo. Se fosse para ficar mais dias, escolheria outro.

Esperava mais. A comida do hotel é caríssima e ainda cobram a entrega da comida no quarto.
Pros:

Gostei só dos ovos cozidos que ganhei no café da manhã.

Cons:

Não gostei do barulho do ar-condicionado, parece que tem um caminhão dentro do quarto.
A chave desmagnetiza e para de funcionar.
A água do chuveiro demora muito pra aquecer.

E o mais mais irritante foi o secador de cabelo que não dura nem dois minutos ligado e já desliga e não dá pra secar o cabelo.
