O atendimento da recepção foi deplorável. Reservei 2 quartos (um de casal, para mim e meu marido, e um com 2 camas de solteiro e uma cama extra, para meus filhos e uma amiga deles). Me trocaram de quarto por 4 vezes, pois sempre me encaminnhavam para quartos com camas de solteiro. Impediram meus filhos de tomarem o café da manhã, apesar de a reserva incluir tal refeição. Pelos 2 dias de estadia, me cobraram pela cama extra R$157,50 antecipadamente e, quando do Check-in, mais R$189,00 (R$63,00 x3), sob a alegação de que teria que pagar a cama extra referente a 3 diárias. A amiga dos meus filhos, que chegou posteriormente, em momento em que não estávamos no hotel, foi encaminhada para ficar no quarto reservado a mim e meu marido, sem que tivesse cama extra no quarto. Somente quando retornei ao hotel, horas depois, é que, refeito o pedido, colocaram a cama extra no quarto de meus filhos para poder recebê-la. No sistema ficou constando que essa amiga de meus filhos estava acomodada em quarto diverso do que estávamos. Algúem entrou no quarto de meus filhos no início da manhã, sem se anunciar e, ao ver que estava ocupado, saiu. Tentei falar com a gerência sobre a situação, mas fui informada de que não há gerente nos estabelecimento aos finais de semana. Assim, falei com a recepcionista Sara Sampaio, que me informou que passaria a situação para sua coordenadora e que solicitaria ao setor financeiro que me estornasse os valor cobrado indevidamente. Referida funcionária me disse, inclusive, que solicitaria que todas as despesas referentes à cama extra me fossem estornadas, a título de compensação pelos equívocos cometidos pelo hotel, mas até o momento, não recebi nenhum estorno e não fui contactada pelo hotel.
