Perfect for the night .
Pros:

We asked for a quiet room & got one.
Comfortable & clean.
Nice large bed.

Cons:

There was a name change to the Hotel.
This made it hard to contact the Hotel for the shuttle bus on arrival at the airport, as the new name was not there.
Once we got the phone no, we were on hold for quite a while before our call was answered.

Great value and location for a stopover to break up the long flight from aust/NZ to London
Pros:

Great option for a break in a long international journey. Lovely staff, good value, as well as a beautiful park, and a shopping mall in walking distance.

Cons:

I was in a ground floor room with a view of cars/van parking. I’m sure it’s nicer upstairs

We regret that we stayed. Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but our stay worked out very badly .
Cons:

The elevator was not working which meant that my wife, who had extreme difficulty walking, had to walk up stairs in pain. The bed was so soft that it aggravated a herniated disc and now she needs spinal sugery.
