Pros:

Close to anywhere

Cons:

Scuttle bus not function , got me a taxi to airport but not provide a coupon and ends up got pay by my own!

Pros:

Great location next to the park and close to the airport with a free and frequent shuttle. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The apples at the complimentary breakfast were not crispy at all. They should upgrade to a better apple variety.

My stay with Comfort Hotel was superb! I would book this hotel again when I come back to Richmond.
Pros:

The staff that helped me throughout my stay were all accommodating. The space is comfortable and has a nice view of the park. The location is perfect! It's close to the station and the mall.

Cons:

Maybe can do more work with cleaning the wall as there were some hard stains. Overall, the room was clean and smells nice.

For 1 night ut was fine and shuttle to apt
Pros:

Breakfast was fine sausages tasty
Good check in staff

Cons:

Noisy heater in room made it difficult to get to sleep as it kept turning on and off
Mold in bathroom dusty lampshades
Not the cleanest place Ive ever stsyed

Great stay!
Pros:

Pristine clean room and bathroom. White and fluffy towels. Hot breakfast is sufficient but could be slightly improved. Other than that, it was a perfect stay for the night. Excellent rest before a long flight.

Good value near airport
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely updated. When we had an early morning shuttle the staff packed us a breakfast (because we would have missed the breakfast offered). The shuttle was pretty good and quick, it was very full though.

Cons:

The room was very small and our door didn’t lock quite properly.

Pros:

The front desk ladies ( no so much the guy, he was more interested in Been on his phone) were excelent, friendly and kind. The park behind the hotel is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a smoke.
The room was so nice and the beds so confy! The tub was so nice and clean and the entire bathroom too. I just didn't find a blow drier and the TV wasn't working right but I really didn't need it. The price was very affordable compare to other hotels. And I even got a lunch bag for my trip!! Nice!!
Over all, is a 10 plus!!

Thank you for been there for me and my needs.
Loved it!!!

Cons:

There was nobody to help me bring my my luggage from my room to the lobby and the shuttle. And the guy at the front desk didn't even try to help me. He liked his phone much better than even intent to help me. But we live in that world now, where the cellphone is more important than anything and anybody else. I get it. Whatever.

Perfect location, LOVE the Free Bird restaurant across the street, best chicken sliders ever.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful to us. They gave us directions and advice with a smile.

Cons:

Different breakfast options would be great, especially when staying for longer than a night or two. The breakfast staff however were very sweet and kind.

Nine but a few good concerns
Pros:

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

I have been charged four times for one night Twice at one rate. Twice at another rate. I'll have to see if these correct themselves otherwise I'll have to call and sort it out. Also, the heat was very noisy and fridge in my room was very noisy too. Had a hard time sleeping with the noise of those.
