Excellent location and helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location not far from airport, with shopping and restaurants close by. Beautiful park behind hotel. Lady at reception very friendly and efficient. There was a problem with the shower in my first room and she quickly moved me to another similar room. Maintenance staff also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

For a hotel that was recently renovated, the wear-and-tear seems above average. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in vacuuming and cleaning of the microwave. My first room was very spacious, but the renovation didn't seem complete.

Breakfast really let this place down
Pros:

Room was good, bed was lovely and bathroom was clean and sparkling. Shuttle to/from Airport.

Cons:

Breakfast area was a few tables, totally inadequate for this size of place. Reception guy didn't care that we were sitting waiting for a table. Another guest asked if she could eat in the meeting room and we just copied her. Breakfast was abysmal - a grey, circular 'meat' thing with similar sized round egg-coloured thing. 4-slice toaster was working only if you kept your finger on the down lever.

The breakfast was fair, not much selection though.
Cons:

Airport shuttle took too long to pick us from the airport. Wasted time waiting for it to arrive. The driver took the long route from the airport to the hotel, another waste of time.
