Cons:

They gave me smoked room with strong chemical smell in ground floor. When I asked for a change, they again gave me another smoked room. I had to wait till next day to get a better room. For the price I paid, least I would expect is normal air quality in the room.

bon rapport qualité/ prix pour une nuit de correspondance
Pros:

la proximité avec l'aéroport, le centre de Richmond et le parc juste à l'arrière de l'hotel qui permet de se détendre pendant la correspondance. L'effort pour remplacer la navette du matin (défaillante) en nous offrant le taxi.
Un petit déjeuner est servi même si très moyen

Cons:

le temps d'attente de la navette(45mn !) et la durée de son trajet en soirée (30mn) alors que l'hotel est à à peine 10-15mn en taxi. Bon à savoir, En fait la navette du soir est partagée avec un autre hotel donc on attend .... et on est "livré" en dernier!
Petit déjeuner très moyen, mais vue sur les avenues de Richmond et le parc

Pros:

The staff on duty at reception was very helpful. The property is located in a quiet area and is within walking distance of a few nice restaurants. The room was cozy, though a bit tight. The bathroom is provided with the much-needed amenities, which was appreciated. The breakfast was adequate and had some variety.

The room we were in was a bit tight.

Fine services but disappointing room.

Staff were nice, place was clean, breakfast was fine

Cons:

The room (401) was tiny and awkwardly shaped like a triangle. We had two carry on bags and one larger suitcase and there was nowhere to put our luggage in the room. We also thought there would be a desk (as is standard) but there was not one, so we had to do our computer work on the floor. We were only two people and we were tripping over each other anytime we were in the room. The room wasn't exactly cheap, so I was expecting a normal, nicely arranged room. Also the hallway was very warm.

Good enough
Pros:

Queen beds! Location for shopping and food where great

Cons:

A/C is set to certain temp. Barly kept room cool. Carpets where dirty, like stuff on them. Bathroom floors where dirty. Shower curtain is almost to short. You have to watch your water isn't running all over floor. Staff are very nice and helpful.
