Séjour correct.. tout est parfait sauf le restaurant

Очень шумно, отель рядом с остановками трамвая, наш номер был на 3 этаже, отдохнуть и поспать в тишине там невозможно. В туалете не работает вытяжка. Единственный плюс это вежливый персонал который мы встретили на рецепции.

Le personnel est très professionnel.
le petit déjeuner est au top et le dîner du soir très bon(je conseil le pasticcio) .
Merci aux équipes du restaurant et a ceux que l'on voit moins, le personnel qui s'occupent des chambres.
Un agréable séjour grâce à vous tous après un marathon exceptionnel.

Cons:

Un petit meuble dans la salle d'eaux serait un plus.

Close to station.
Pros:

My train to Milan arrived 5 hours late and I was worried I'd missed check in because it was the early hours of the morning. But the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and checked me in quickly.

Cons:

The breakfast was not to my taste but that doesn't mean it was bad. Just different.

Also, it would be helpful if they gave clear directions on how to get to the hotel from the station. I had to rely on asking people which was not a comfortable experience at 1am!

Pros:

Man fährt direkt mit tram 2 oder 4 zum Dom. Bei der Arena oder Cairoli wechselt man auf die 12.
Die Haltestelle ist gleich um die Hotelecke.
Parkhaus ebemfalls um die Ecke.
Es hat einen Hotpot chinesen in 5 min Fussentfernung. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr nett.
Die Femster sind doppelt verglast, wenn man zur Strasse wohnt, ist es durchaus erträglich also keineswegs laut
