もっと長居したいホテルでした！
Pros:

朝食にバラエティーがあり楽しく非常に満足のいくものでした。ツインルームでしたが欧州ではジュニアスイートにあたる広さと設備でした。古いながらも昔からの格式を保ち、エコロジーに対する姿勢も真剣なものでした。駐車場は屋外ですが、ホテルのすぐ近くにあり安心です。時間が許せばもう少し滞在を延ばしたい気持ちになりました。

Cons:

バスルームの照明がちょっと足りません。ドレッサーがあり女性はそちらで十分な照明の中お化粧ができますが、バスルームにも髭剃りの際など照明は必要です。あと拡大鏡もあれば理想的です。
ベッドは問題ありませんが、枕が柔らかく一つしかないので個人個人の好みに調整しにくく眠りの質が下がります。とても残念ですが簡単に改善可能な点であることは幸いです。

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location.
We had a very large corner room which was nice and bright. The bathroom had both a shower and a separate bath .
Breakfast was very good , both Western and Japanese . Every morning staff brought round individual pots of strawberries to each person. A lovely touch.

Pros:

倉敷美観地区や駅から近く立地が良かった。
バスタブが広く身体を伸ばして休むことができる。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。スタッフの方のサービスや対応が丁寧で心地よかった。

Felt Royal at Royal Art Hotel
Pros:

Elegant, art deco hotel close to charming canal street.The bedroom/lounge was very spacious by Japanese standards. The marble bathroom superb. Could open a window!

フロントの方々はとても感じが良く、全体的には良い滞在が出来ました。
Pros:

部屋は和室でとても落ち着く感じでした。
ロケーションもとても良く、倉敷美観地区を堪能出来ました。

Cons:

朝食の追加が間に合ってなく、取りに行っても無いものが結構あった。
まだ研修中なのか、まごまごしているスタッフが多く、食べ終えたお盆を下げてくれないのが残念だった。

Nice hotel without standing out.
Pros:

It is a nice hotel - with spacious rooms. It is near the old town - a few minutes walk away. The staff were polite. The breakfast was good. There was a Family Mart 2 minutes away. It was a 10 minute walk from the station and from the covered shopping arcade where there were quite a few Izakayas. The prices for dinner and lunch in Kurashiki generally seemed to us to be more expensive than other areas of Japan probably because Kurashiki old town is a tourist attraction - in the future we would stay in Okayama and visit Kurashiki - which is 20 minutes away by train.

Cons:

Just seemed fairly basic - nothing special and you did not feel special as a customer.

Good value hotel near Bikan historical area
Pros:

We really liked the uniqueness of the decor. The staff were super nice. Breakfast was good. The room was a good size. Great location for walking. Good value.

Lovely restful place in delightful part of town
Pros:

Very smart hotel with glamorous lift, reception and well appointed rooms. Great location for historic quarter.

Cons:

Only issue for us was no washing machines, only a laundry service. In that sense hotel was behind the times but otherwise all services were lovely.
