NOT SO GOOD!

The 1st night we were constantly woke up by the "SQUEAKY" exit door next to our room. Next morning I asked the lady at the front desk if she could get maintenance to put some WD40 on the hinges. I also took one of the maids directly to the door so she could hear how obnoxious it was. Well we came back about 9pm that night and nothing had been done about it..... so I took the little container of lotion they leave in the bathroom, some kleenex and dozed the lotion into all 3 hinges and kept opening and closing the door til it finally quit squeaking.

The light/fan combo in the bathroom is also very obnoxious and you have to listen to the fan because there isn't a separate light to turn on. 😠 so when you come out of the bathroom you're not happy. Just saying.

This is probably our problem but the bed was not comfortable 😕 because we have a soft temperpedic bed at home so woke up with a backache every morning.

Finally the TV remote didn't work very well so I went to the desk and had her put new batteries in but that didn't make a difference.

Im so sorry for complaining but these issues REALLY need to be addressed.

All in all it was fine for what we needed. Staff needs to better manage people partying all night

There was a party on our floor until 4am and no one stopped it. All in all hotel was fine for what needed, but it was rough trying to sleep

Cons:

Too Loud due to party. Continental breakfast could have more options, rather than just sausage. Loved the yogurt bar and love the espresso and hot cocoa dispenser
