There are probably better places to stay in the area; we’ll be finding it since we’ll be staying in the area frequently.
Pros:

Good proximity to the Hospital and our daughter’s home.

Cons:

Even on the lowest setting the fridge froze our milk and food.

The sink and tub didn’t drain.

The person who checked us in was not welcoming or polite.

All of the ice machines are broken and it doesn’t look like they’ll be fixing them any time soon.

The security guard was rude. We hadn’t stayed out late enough to encounter him until day 5. When we rolled in that evening we were surprised to find the lot blocked off by cones and were concerned that there had been some kind of an emergency.

Pros:

The staff in the am was wonderful. I lost an item before a dance show and she was very nice & helpful.

Cons:

The parking lot was very dark & full of sketchy people sitting in their cars.

The worst part was the shower didn't have hot water. I needed to shower before leaving early and it was ice cold. I told the lady at the front desk and she was very sorry about it.

I was very disappointed that I paid 175.00 for a room that wasn't up to par.

Cons:

The breakfast was included in our room stay fee, however we couldn’t do the breakfast because we had to leave by 7am and it didn’t open until 7am. Could never find an ice machine on any floor including the lobby.

Hidden gem in Oakley
Pros:

A lot to be desired
Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. Tasted like powdered eggs and there was no variety. This was a Saturday morning at that. Can’t imagine what weekday breakfast was like. Ended up going to Mc Donald’s next door which was disappointing but at least I knew what to expect
