Behaviour of the staffs .
And the field manager was very very cooperative and joyful
Food was excellent
Good location and property.
Breakfast spread was limited.
Beautiful, aesthetic, full of plants inside and outside!
Nothing
Overall a good experience and pleasant time
Great staff, food and amenities.
Spa timings can be extended or staff numbers increased. We could not have one as therapist was not available.
Breakfast could be better but wasn't poor at all. As a property I think we can do much better. This in saying from an experience of 29 yrs in the world of F&B.
Thanks
Overall its ok
Friendliest staff ever
Everything was perfect
I want to specially mention Saquib from the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay extremely comfortable. He upgraded me to a better room and ensured that I am comfortable throughout the stay. I have always preferred Taj or Marriott for my stays in Kolkata each time. But this has changed after my recent stay in ITC Sonar.
Connecting to Wi-fi is a hassle
except the rooms , nothing was there to like . I did not had breakfast inspit of being at the resturant . The service was very poor . I waited for half and hour for my ordered breakfast to arrive and left , that too when the resturant was empty barely 5-7 guests were there .
As I said above the service at your breakfast resturant was pathetic.
the property is beautiful, have stayed there many times
the food quality is constantly going down
Breakfast was good
Carpets were dirty
Wonderful polite staff
Personally, but not an issue for many, is the lack of variety of local beers
Very good
Very very nice
Op alle vlakken een voltreffer. Prachtige faciliteiten, transparant kostenplaatje, erg proper en smaakvol. Overal geweldige aroma’s
