Good with Great Value for Money
Pros:

Though I am regular to ITC Royal Bengal but stayed in this adjoining property for the first time. Scores good on all counts from rooms to cleaniness but food was below average. Breakfast spread was average and did not taste that good. Poha to aloo sabzi not ITC standards.

Pros:

Check in was very impopariat we are travelling from aboard they make us wait up to 40 mins to give a room
We had duty free bottles... the only thing they said char bottles...will never stay again... after two weeks checking out they call for my husbabd passport front page...we love to travel explore hotels.... we are sorry no more... nothing great... go to hyatt if you are in kolkatta better staff...

Loves the Atmosphere and the pond within, Value for money as well looking at quality of property
room is best with WOW bed

Pros:

Clean, confortable, polite and friendly staff at the reception
Much appreciated they allowed us to freshn up before our flight
Overall a very good hotel, good value for the money

Cons:

Very hard to get a coffee at breakfast, 15 min waiting and requested several times every day, annoying when you are in a hurry -due to personnel very slow and bad to zero English

I suggest to provide for guests coffee machines for self service

Cleaning personnel to be advised to leave the clothing where they are, me an my room mate were switching pijamas and shoes every day (it was funny at some point)

Fantabulous stay
Pros:

It was pleasure spending our winter vacation at ITC Sonar Kolkata. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby is beautiful, the Lilly pond and fish add to the beauty. The staff is welcoming . Ms Priti , the housekeeping incharge was quite supportive. Kartik from the housekeeping did a great job. Ms Rebecca at the coffee shop deserves an applause.
