We had a fantastic stay at ITC SONAR. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless Specially Mr. SAHIL for prompt service & attention to detail. The swimming area was clean and relaxing special mention for Rudra for his out it the box assistance , and the restaurant offered delicious food with great service.Mr ALI for Eden restaurant made our stay more comfortable.

Food could be much much better. It was not good at all
I stayed at this property nearly 2 years after my previous visit and have seen a sea change. Almost like this property has had a new lease of life. The staff is super courteous and attentive and the room and the stay fantastic. My husband grabbed a meal at Dum Pukht and could not stop raving about it. My favourite place is the lotus pond and the fish there and I really enjoyed setting in the lil rooms they have right over the pond. It’s peaceful and breezy and because it rained it was even more spectacular.
The spa experience and the masseuse were fantastic though I was a tad disappointed with the Sauna which had an odd smell and the lil pond that the massage area was facing was super dirty. Breakfast was quick and fast and the staff there too was super courteous - the meal was okay but it could also be because we were rushed a tad owing to our flight.
Check-in and Check out were super efficient and smooth.
Had a super stay and memorable experience at the ITC Sonar. This place does hold a special place in my heart. Their Asset is their service professionals who always try to exceed guest expectations. From Food, arrival, departure, cleanliness, service everything was on the top.
