We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
Pros:

Close to the beach. Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean.

Cons:

To be fair, we did not let anyone know about the following issues because they weren’t a true problem for us. The staff was so kind and probably would’ve done something to help if we would’ve brought the following to their attention: Nothing major but the door was very difficult to unlock with the key. It probably needs a new handle. The burners on the stove were very slanted which made everything go to one side of the pan (which wasn’t a problem for us because we weren’t there to cook). Only other suggestion would be some hooks to hang towels on.

We had an amazing stay at St. Pete Beach Suites, perfect for families.
Pros:

We loved our stay at St. Pete Beach Suites. The room was the perfect size, the location was wonderful. We really appreciated all of the free amenities like the games, beach cart, umbrella etc.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything negative to say about this place. We really truly enjoyed it.

Pros:

Clean, recently remodeled, close to beach. The resort has everything you’d have at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they were very helpful at making the change. Looking forward to staying there again. The beach is close by and there are good food options within walking distance and a grocery store around the corner.

Great vacation at Saint Pete’s beach. Will definitely come back to visit again.
Pros:

The room is very clean. It’s has a great odor smell. The hotel staff Amanda is super friendly. It’s very convenient to walk to the beach.

Cons:

The WiFi doesn’t have good connection.

Sympa pour une étape près de la plage
Pros:

Son emplacement tout proche de la plage, la proximité de restaurant, les 2 petites piscines et les jeux mis à disposition.

Cons:

La salle de bain est trop petite!!!
À notre arrivée pas d’eau chaude et il n’y a personne sur place le soir. Il faut appeler un standard. Le problème a été résolu mais je préfère quand il y a quelqu’un sur place. La porte ferme difficilement.
Ça ressemble plus à un motel qu’à un hôtel.

Early December Stay was disappointing.
Pros:

We've stayed at St. Pete Suites in past years and we were pleased. Our visit this year was disappointing. The heated pool wasn't heated during our stay. We wanted to ride the bikes, but most had flat tires (no air pump available) and were in bad condition (torn handles, etc). It was evident the bikes are neglected. The supply cabinet with the towels and soap wasn't refilled during our stay. The facility was pretty much vacant (no one in the office most of our stay). I'm guessing it was because was during "Florida's Winter" (it didn't appear most of the other rooms had occupancy). The positives were proximity to the beach (and the fabulous Paradise Grill-make sure to try the Miami Vice). Also, mgmt was accommodating with the adjustment needed to our reservation. Overall, bummed out one of our favorite places fell short. Hoping mgmt will consider delivering that 4+ service no matter the day of the week or who the guests are..please do better.

stayed one night which was fine but had it been a long stay the cold water and room would have been issue.

unit did not have hot water ran since for 25 mins barely warm. window in bathroom broken, unit very cold.
