Pros:

This is an excellent budget hotel to stay at in Mumbai. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, chemist(apoteke), even eyeglasses shop and salons within 2 minutes walking from the hotel.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Room was clean but small with window, ac, and a ceiling fan to beat the heat. Separate shared bathroom spotless and shower was amazing with great pressure. Hot water works all the time too.

The hotel is far from Colaba (1-1.5 hour by taxi/tuktuk or public transport) but for the price you won't beat this place! Also, Mumbai is huge so it takes a lot of time to travel from anywhere.
