Beautiful hotel, lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was good with some yummy cakes as well. The location was superb. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it was like staying in a palace, beautiful.

Soggiorno positivo e accogliente. Se le persone visitano il luogo, probabilmente ci sono opzioni su varie fasce di prezzo.

Cons:

Capisco l' inglese, però quando avete accento romeno è normale che mi viene difficile capire bene. Tutto a posto. Basta non rinfacciarmi che non so l' inglese :-) grazie per il soggiorno e la disponibilità.

Pros:

La restaurant, este un domn, care in toamna mi-a povestit istoria locului, iar acum, imediat mi-a umplut masa cu bunătăți pentru micul dejun.

Cons:

Poate ar trebui sa existe un sistem de fidelizare a clienților. În ultimele 4 luni, am stat de 2 ori. Aș dori să mai apelez la hotel, dacă aș obține un preț de client.

Zamana ayak uyduramamış, kahvaltı kötü, kaba çalışanlar.
Pros:

Tur nedeniyle bir sabah kahvaltı yerine sandviç rica ettik. Önce hayır dendi sonra bayat ekmek ile hazırlamışlar. Otel boş diye odayı upgrade etmişler.

Cons:

Öncelikle Bookingden rezarvasyon yaptırıp ödemeyi gerçekleştirdikten sonra otelin fiyatı düştü. Bu konu ile ilgili sayısız mail ve kanıt (fotoğraf, makbuz vb.) gönderdiğim halde ne otel ne de booking den fiyat eşitlemesi yapılmadı. Booking başka otelde daha uygun olursa fiyat eşitleriz reklamına rağmen aynı otelde bile yapmadı. Otel hiçbir maile ve iletişime cevap vermedi. Otelin kahvaltı servisi ve çalışan görevliler çok kötüydü. 1 Ocak'ta belirtmedikleri halde kahvaltı eksik çıktı. Diğer günler de çıkan tüm sıcak yiyecekler buz gibiydi. Özellikle orta yaşlı bir görevli isim kartlığını takmamış bu da eksiklik saat 7 de hazırlaması gereken kahvaltıyı uçağa yetişeceğiz hazırlarmısınız dememize rağmen saat 8 e kadar homurdanıp söylenerek hazırladı. Yiyecekler yine buz gibiydi. Oda temizliği 4 gece kalmamıza rağmen çok üstünkörü yapıldı. Özellikle yatak çarşafları hiç değiştirilmedi, hatta son gece hiç girilmedi. Görevliler son derece asık suratlı ve kabaydı. Otel oldukça geride kalmış, zamanında kralları ağırlamış olabilirler ama zamana ayak uyduramamışlar. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha kesinlikle kalmam.
