Because it's right next to the freeway, our room heard all the road noises. No free breakfast. The large art picture fell off the wall at 4am... I wish I took pictures. One elevator was out of service.

They didn’t have my room available when I arrived and claimed that they were overbooked. When I ask why I was told that other customers had requested to stay longer and caused my booking to cancel. My family and I had to drive all around the area looking for a room and that’s totally unacceptable

I love this hotel. It's close to a everything for shopping. This is where I stay every time I come to Texas. It's a great hotel.
The bathroom in my room was stopped up all weekend. The staff did not suggest to move us to a better room nor offered a discount for dealing with it and on top of that at one point we were handded a plunger and we had to plunge the toilet ourselves. I just would really like some of my money back for a disgusting room.

The couch in the room was extremely uncomfortable and in terrible condition. I picked up extra linens from the front desk, and there was a used Band-Aid inside it, very disgusting actually. i took a picture and can send to you if you needed
Very clean and quiet! The only thing that we had issues with were the elevators were extremely slow and the air on each floor, outside the rooms, was hot. I would definitely come back, though.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dallas for 7 nights while attending a training program. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an issue with the air conditioning unit in my room.
The AC made a loud ticking noise every 10–15 minutes throughout the night, which made it extremely difficult to rest. I reported the issue to the front desk on the third day of my stay, and while I was told maintenance would take care of it, no one ever came, and the problem persisted for the remainder of my stay.
Because I needed to wake up at 4 a.m. for my flight training over the last three days, the constant noise severely affected my sleep quality and overall stay experience. This was very disappointing, as I was hoping for a comfortable environment during such an important trip.
