Pros:

The room was a very good size and thr location was great. The breakfast had a good selection and the housekeeping staff was professional and friendly. They immediately asked us when we were leaving our room if we needed anything and if we would like them to freshen up the room.

Cons:

On our first day the hot tub was barely lukewarm and we had to find it from other guests that it was drained earlier that day. I wish the front desk would have informed us of that while checking in because it was over if the main reasons we choose to stay there.

Ok but disappointing!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Not the cleanest and the pool and hot tub were shut down for remodeling. I understand that happens, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time as that’s the reason we chose this particular motel

Got us a new room

Cons:

First room was dirty, hair in the sink, food in the fridge, floor not vacuumed, crumbs on the bed and stains on the bedding, had to request a shower curtain. Hallway smelled like dead fish.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The shower was invigorating! The people were accommodating, and friendly. The breakfast presentation was excellent, and Teresa was very personable.

Cons:

Dryer was out of order. The bathroom drain was slow.

Great place to stay in Fort Madison
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable and there was warm showers. The breakfast was delicious. There were enough power outlets for the three CPAPs.

Cons:

The only negative was there was not a cleared spot to cross over to the restaurant next door. That would be the responsibility of both businesses.
