Convenient to the location we were going to
The whole place was not clean. The pool was cold and the hot tub didn't work and the floor was dirty. The TV didn't work even though I didn't care my husband did.
The breakfast was great! A variety of food and great selection. The kitchen staff was very accommodating. We are looking forward to our next trip there. The hotel staff were always available to assist you as needed.
There was no WiFi from our room but it was not an issue for us as when we left the property, we were able to access our information. Thunderstorms in the area was a cause for some of the issues with connecting but again, not an issue for us.
Trevor was excellent during checkin, and was helpful in suggesting a place to eat.
We liked the fact that we were on the first floor and the walk in shower was perfect.
The bed was very comfortable and the comforter was cozy.

Unclean and definitely feeling its age. Smelled marijuana quite a bit as well.
The Continental breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and very helpful!
They had a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom so it works drip I your head as you used the toilet. I told management and they changed us to a new room

I absolutely love the staff, the rooms are always very clean, in breakfast is great and nothing beats the pool area.
The pool was great. Staff for breakfast was awesome and food was delicious.
The room was gross. I counted at least a dozen spiders on the ceiling, stains on mattress and sheets, food crumbles left on the floor, and there was a dead roach in the bathroom. It made me afraid to sleep there.
