We came here in 2024 and it was amazing!
We came back here in 2025 and it was awful! It was also under new management!
One of the reasons we came back was for the water slide! The water slide was broken and the one maintence guy was more worried about power washing the outside until 12am then to fix the slide! Everything at this place is now just a money grab! Balcony's are dirty and filled with spiders, rooms could use a better clean and the restaurant has went downhill!

Pros:

The room was extremely clean. The staff was very happy but overworked.

Cons:

The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The ceiling in the shower was falling down. I didn't like the bed. It was too hard.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The water park area is always fun and the ability to walk outside on the sand and by the lake is nice

Cons:

Front desk staff was nice. Restaurant staff hardly talked to us. Didn't really explain anything that was going on until our server came after like 20 mins to let us know that they were down a few servers and were running slow. No clean towels in the pool area for use the entire time we were there. Breakfast was not good at all. Orange juice and apple juice were not put in properly and were pouring out peer concentrate. Not much to eat. Bagels were stale.

Overall great Place to Stay The Pool Area and Grille were Great!!!
Pros:

Right on the Lake!! Great View! Fire-pits on the Beach and a dock for Boats! Very well Kept.

Cons:

Had a Balcony view of the Lake but it was Covered in Spiders!! Would have Enjoyed it more if it was a cleaner Balcony!!!
