Friendly and helpful staff (printing/email assistance)
Excellent location near shopping and restaurants
Large/spacious rooms and suites
Comfortable beds and pillows
Good breakfast options
Generally well maintained common areas
Cons:
Musty/mold smells reported in some rooms
Small TVs and occasional AC/temperature problems
False advertising about a pool (no longer available)

Stained tubs and dirty pullout sofa in at least one report
Breakfast can be simple or short-staffed with hot items running out

Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Mostly praised as very clean with 'brand new' feel and consistently clean rooms, but several reports of musty/mold smells, stained tubs and a dirty pullout sofa reduce the score.
Service
7.6
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful (printing/email assistance, courteous cleaning staff), but multiple notes of front desk inattentiveness and one report of a rude manager and unauthorized room entry lower the rating.
Location
9.1
Repeatedly called excellent — close to shopping and restaurants, discreet and convenient for guests; location is a consistent strength in reviews.
Room Quality
7.4
Rooms are praised for size and comfortable beds, but issues include small TVs, occasional warm/humid rooms, AC problems, thin/poor pullout mattress and occasional odors.
Amenities
6.8
Amenities are mixed: breakfast and parking available, but there's a notable complaint about misleading pool advertising and parking shortages/worker trucks taking spaces.
Value for Money
8.2
Good value noted due to large room sizes and generally clean facilities for the cost, though missing advertised amenities and some room issues slightly reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Breakfast is often described as decent or great, but also as simple for the hotel level and sometimes short on hot items; occasional complaints about inadequate hot water.
Overall Experience
7.7
Overall sentiment is positive—many guests 'love' the hotel for location, room size and cleanliness— tempered by front desk/service lapses, amenity discrepancies and occasional room issues.

Pros:

The location was good the breakfast was decent

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that on the web page of the hotel is advertising that they had a swimming pool, my kids were very excited until we checked in and found out they didn’t had a pool , we talk to the front desk and they said that those were old pictures from 8 months ago that was very disappointing

Great location and great room size for the cost!
Pros:

The room was much larger than expected. The facility was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. It's a great location by the shopping center.

Cons:

The front desk staff could be more hospitable and acknowledge guests when they come through the door. Not once, as we came to and from the hotel did the desk staff speak to us.

Clean, nice and good breakfast
Pros:

Always clean and nice. Have stayed there before

Cons:

Too much reserved parking for handicap and special members. Plus some workers were there and parked their work trucks sideways and took up 6 more parking places.

Pros:

I really liked how clean the rooms were and how quiet it was

Cons:

I didn't like that. I stepped out to get a morning coffee and I came back to my room being taken down before checkout without me, even checking out even though I had a sign on the door saying, Do Not Disturb I was then told that if they knock on the door nobody answers the dairy, have permission to go into the room, but like I told them with the sign up, I have all right, so there's room to 11 AM. And you're kicking me out. Before 11 AM the manager, Rebecca M was rude in very unprofessional. I did call corporate.
