Love the large rooms! Great location.
We were on the third floor and it was really warm in our room. Stayed warm the whole time.
The location was good the breakfast was decent
What I didn’t like is that on the web page of the hotel is advertising that they had a swimming pool, my kids were very excited until we checked in and found out they didn’t had a pool , we talk to the front desk and they said that those were old pictures from 8 months ago that was very disappointing
The room was much larger than expected. The facility was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. It's a great location by the shopping center.
The front desk staff could be more hospitable and acknowledge guests when they come through the door. Not once, as we came to and from the hotel did the desk staff speak to us.

Too much reserved parking for handicap and special members. Plus some workers were there and parked their work trucks sideways and took up 6 more parking places.
I really liked how clean the rooms were and how quiet it was
I didn't like that. I stepped out to get a morning coffee and I came back to my room being taken down before checkout without me, even checking out even though I had a sign on the door saying, Do Not Disturb I was then told that if they knock on the door nobody answers the dairy, have permission to go into the room, but like I told them with the sign up, I have all right, so there's room to 11 AM. And you're kicking me out. Before 11 AM the manager, Rebecca M was rude in very unprofessional. I did call corporate.
Love the large suites! So much room. Especially nice when you have a 7 year old little boy who likes to move lol
