Pros:

The facility was nice and in a good location. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

When we woke up in the morning, my sister found a bed bug in her bed. We put it in a cup, put that in a bag and took it to the front desk. The clerk threw it away outside and said he would have the manager call me. It is now 4 days later, I myself have left a message for the manager but I still have not heard from him.

Pros:

Clean and friendly. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Made it very easy to get on the road and continue our trip.

Cons:

Shower door didn’t seem level. Could easily be fixed with magnets. ☺️

The rooms are nice but the staff make the place!
Pros:

The girl at the front desk was welcoming and actually smiling, that’s rare in hotels. The rooms are quiet, I seriously didn’t hear anyone and I know there were a lot of others staying there. When I checked out the next morning there was a young man at the desk, also smiling, who saw me struggling to get my bags to work and he brought them outside for me! Nice place, nice rooms and more importantly very nice people working there!
