La ubicación y el personal, en general, muy amable. El hotel estaba limpio.

Cons:

La cama. Eran dos colchones en vez de una cama de matrimonio, que se separaban y las sábanas no eran cómodas. Creo que no se ajusta a las características que tiene que tener un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Además, creo que la habitación y baño pueden ser renovados.

Disfrutar de Aviles, partiendo de un Palacio en el centro de la ciudad, en el que sus empleados son amabilísimos.
Pros:

Absolutamente todo. El edificio es precioso, propio de un Palacio, silencioso, en general aunque puedes escuchar de fondo música de jazz en determinados rincones donde puedes tomarte una copa. La habitación de tamaño generoso y decoración elegante. Un cuarto de baño impoluto.

Pros:

Es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. El desayuno era excelente. El precio no es caro para un 5 estrellas.
