Hotel is great, service lacked
Pros:

It was clean, modern and great location.

Cons:

The restaurant closed early getting drinks with dinner was very difficult and super slow. At breakfast we had to have coffee in paper cups because they ran out of mugs.

Wonderful location, clean and lovely staff.
Pros:

Stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and clean. Location was great, but a little tricky if you have a car - the valet was great, I just had to plan ahead when I needed my car. If you're planning on using Uber, it's a fantastic location on the main street, only a 5-10 minute walk to the harbour and Salamanca market on Saturdays. Club room was a nice space, good selection for breakfast, the evening selection of food and drinks was limited, but the staff were lovely and the view was great. My room was clean and modern, Chromecast on the tv was easy to use, bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Cons:

The internet was a little slow and would cut out sometimes.

Overall great stay
Pros:

Excellent housekeeping with very clean well kept rooms (junior king suite), good selection of foods at main breakfast buffet, staff mostly friendly, car valet service very efficient and always on time when requested ahead. Great location with less than 10 min walk to Salamanca and dockside area. Suitable for families.

Cons:

Check in mostly seamless but please remember to tell guests about card surcharge and deposit amount - I shouldn't have to query this. I'm not sure club lounge access is worth the money - service is unfriendly, evening canapes are minimal and there are few snacks out during the day. Surely self serve soft drinks would be reasonable - having to order through the single staff member on duty every time is inconvenient. Spend the lounge fee at local cafes and bars instead!

The view from the 10th floor was incredible! All the amenities were fantastic.
Great set up, comfy bed, back up towels.

Cons:

Finding a park out the front was difficult, whether you're parking there or not.

It was great.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Very central.

Cons:

My flight got delayed and I couldn’t get there the first night. I rang to let reception know that my room mate would be there. When my room mate arrived they couldn’t get in and couldn’t ring me because I was on my delayed flight. I felt my original communication hadn’t been passed on which was frustrating
