Disappointing
Pros:

I stayed here a number of years ago and unfortunately it has really gone downhill since then. The lobby furniture was filthy and looked very worn and shabby. The hallways were also dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the overall first impression quite poor.

The room itself was okay and reasonably comfortable, but the condition of the common areas made the stay generally disappointing. It’s unfortunate because this property used to be much better. I hope management invests in some cleaning and upkeep to bring it back to its previous standard

Do not stay until all renovations are done in 2 months.
Pros:

Location was okay to get to Silver Star for skiing but is not in the nicest area if you need to walk.

Cons:

Under going renovations on 2 nd and 3 rd floor so construction equipment outside (containers, dumpsters, etc) and told first floor is next. We stayed on the first floor with leaking faucet and a toilet that lost water so would ran on and off. Asked to repair at front desk, housekeeper came and stated would fix next day, just shut off water at night. Repairs were never made. Also waiting on projects to be done in the pool / hot tub area (tiles broken or being repaired) along with ceiling being water damage.

A nice break from home and we’re happy with our stay.
Pros:

Nice bright and clean bathroom. Good continental breakfast. The room was comfortable as was the bed.

Cons:

If we were to stay again I would request a room at the other end of the building as we were close to the highway and did notice the traffic noise but probably because we are used to no noise at night

We were visiting out brand new grandaughter so I would have slept in a tent!!
Pros:

The breakfast and staff were amazing. Very happy employees, always working around the buffet to clean and stock up the foI. I was most impressed by the staff they worked hard....and they were happy! Beds were amazing.

Cons:

our issue was not with the hotel...it was with booking. com We arrived to the hotel after a long day and were told that the booking was for any type of room. They gave us the wheelchair room. the shower head was for a person sitting. it was to low, we had to bend over to get wet. The shower head kept falling off the hook into the bath tub. The view was of a fence, but that was not a deal breaker. Disappointed with the hot tub and pool, they were both cloudy. Great staff though. Very nice, and easy to deal with.
