Pros:

Everything else except the staff at the location

Cons:

The customer service is poor with staff at the Windsor Ontario location providing inaccurate information on extending reservation night. The action was defended by Manager -Robert who when I called rather than looking into the issue blamed me instead. Not sure will like to use the hotel again.

Exceptional and very comfortable
Pros:

Good sized room with all the supplies and amenities needed. The warm breakfast was exceptional and they even made some changes to the daily menu, giving guests some variety.
Friendly and helpful staff at both the front desk and the breakfast nook. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing comes to mind
