My stay was pretty good, staff were nice, complementary breakfast was great. Only downside was the heater in my room did
Pros:

It was very clean, even the bathrooms. The room was spacious and beds were super comfy..at least I thought so.

Cons:

The heater in my unit wasn’t working. Blasted it while we were in the room and nothing. Hoped it would kick in while we were out and still nothing. And by the time someone was flagged to take a look we were leaving.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and unwind. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a calm and restful stay. The indoor pool was a highlight—especially after a long drive from Toronto, it was refreshing to go for a swim right after checking in.
The hotel was pleasantly quiet during the Christmas period, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast wasn’t particularly impressive, but it was acceptable considering the room rate.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel for a comfortable stay and a convenient base for exploring Windsor.

Great
Pros:

Location is great, close to lots of resturants and shops. Room was nice and great vaule for money. Breakfast was good and the staff are really helpful. Would definetly recommend and visit again

Pros:

Hotel is clean and staff is very hospitable. Riley deserves a special nod. She is extremely helpful, hospitable and kind. She made our stay stress free and enjoyable. Because of her service, I became an Honours member. Thank you for all of your help!

Pros:

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel 4 times this year. The experience was great until the last one. On Sunday morning, we didn’t have hot water. The front desk said they had an issue with their boiler and maintenance was looking at it. Next morning, same issue and the front desk said the issue was only with our room and not the boiler. My wife was not impressed. Needless to say we staying elsewhere next time.
