I would use this location again.
Pros:

Checking in was a breeze and the room/hotel was very clean and up to date.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel 4 times this year. The experience was great until the last one. On Sunday morning, we didn’t have hot water. The front desk said they had an issue with their boiler and maintenance was looking at it. Next morning, same issue and the front desk said the issue was only with our room and not the boiler. My wife was not impressed. Needless to say we staying elsewhere next time.

Pros:

Stayed on the 7th floor, no hot water in bathroom or sink
Water was lukewarm in sink but then turned cold again

5/5, Spacious rooms, cleanliness, friendly staff, variety for breakfast.
Pros:

The day before arriving, Riley moved our rooms around to accommodate our family. The rooms were perfect for our family visit, clean, spacious, everything worked, variety of pillows and it was quiet. The availability of the pool was great for the kids and 10 minute drive to indoor splash park.

Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a variety for the kids. Edy was very friendly and helpful at checkout.
**Fantastic experience for a one night getaway. I will definitely return!

Hot water issues
Pros:

Second time staying at this hotel. The staff is great, hotel is comfortable, rooms are clean. Amenties are basic. There are signs stating quiet hours, assumably due to a large youth group staying for the weekend. The signs were not there during the week. Location is good, a lot of food near by.

Breakfast is ok, similar to most Hampton Inn breakfasts. Coffee is available in the lobby throughout the day.

Only issue is both times, we had issues with hot water in the shower. We had to switch rooms after the first day because the water never got hot. The second room was fine the first morning, the second morning the hot water went away half way through.

Wonderful stay with the kids hockey team
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel with the kids hockey team. Rooms were very nice, lots of room and the staff were always helpful. The kids loved the pool area.

Great for our team
Pros:

So far so good at Hampton by Hilton in Windsor. Our room was clean and well maintained. Our breakfast was good and was open when we needed before our hockey game.

Pros:

It was clean and updated

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room did not work. It was 25 degrees celcius the entire night and the hotel staff would not adjust the rate because we booked with you. Also the TV did not work.
