Average Stay but great checkin
Pros:

Check in with a breeze and the 2 ladies at check in were absolutely terrific and pleasant. Clean hotel and comfy bed, pillows and blankets. Continental breakfast.

Only items I’d mention is the parking slots are tighter then normal and we ended in the back of the hotel. Cars were parking with a space in between. The lighting could be better in the back for security purposes.

Great front desk service
Pros:

First impression was great. Lobby was clean and inviting. Ryley at The front desk staff were fantastic and very welcoming. Unfortunately, once I entered the room, I noticed a foul odour coming from the bathroom and found an old, dirty rag that had been left behind. The shower stall also could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

On the positive side, the beds were clean and comfortable. Desk was spacious for work.

The fitness room also had a few issues. The A/C was not working, and I couldn’t find any wipes to clean the equipment before or after use. The water jug provided for refills was empty, although Ryley was very helpful and provided me with a bottle of water.

Overall, the front desk service was excellent, but the cleanliness and fitness room amenities could use some improvement.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was decent, made/prepped fresh every morning. The kitchen staff Crystal was amazing, greetings and smiles every morning. She was extremely welcoming. Dont expect much from breakfast
Pros:

The room was cleaning, leighla at front desk was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast didnt have more than 1 type of omlette. I dont eat meat and the omlette had ham in it. Also, the chef stopped refilling the waffle batter at 9.40am, when people are still eating breakfast, and with a huge que ahead of me, I didnt get any waffle. I was disappointed in the breakfast and the way they handled it. The room and hotel is good.

It was quiet and the staff was nice- it just needed to be a bit cleaner- overall it was good
Pros:

There wasn’t many non pork options- even the eggs had pork in them - maybe do a veggie omelet instead as there was bacon on the side already

Cons:

There was black mold in the vent of the air conditioner- I didn’t notice it until morning
