Cerca del metro, buena relación calidad precio, era cómodo, buen desayuno, trabajadores amables, hablan italiano, inglés, español.
La hora del desayuno es hasta las 10 am, pienso que deberia ser hasta las 11 o 12, pero quizá eso es algo mío más cultural y de costumbres.

Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Συνολικά, μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία.
Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μη μου άρεσε, ειδικά σε σύγκριση με τις παροχές που προσφέρουν αντίστοιχα ξενοδοχεία 4 αστέρων στην Ιταλία. Η σχέση ποιότητας και παροχών ήταν απόλυτα ικανοποιητική.

I rarely leave reviews for my stays, but I simply couldn’t resist reviewing this particular one because of the exceptional experience we had. The hotel is located close to a metro station, which made it very easy to travel around the entire area. The room was clean and comfortable.
I would especially like to appreciate two members of the staff, Marco and Patrizia. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged in making our stay as pleasant as possible. Marco also seems to be a really professional barista!
We had a difficult situation during our stay because our apartment was flooded by the neighbors from a higher floor. However, a hotel manager handled the situation exceptionally well and decided to give us a new and larger room. Additionally, we were invited to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, completely at the hotel’s expense. It was a really lovely and unexpected surprise!
Overall, we were very impressed with the hospitality and the way the staff handled a difficult situation. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.
Some of the younger members of the staff could have been a little more welcoming and attentive at times. On a few occasions, it seemed that simple requests, such as preparing a coffee or providing clean plates during breakfast time were a bit of an inconvenience. However, apart from that, everything went smoothly and the overall experience was excellent. 👌
L'accueil était à la hauteur. Le petit déjeuner était très varié et complet. Un très bon point pour le coin café qui nous a permis de déguster chaque jour aux cafés italiens.
