Wonderful short stay, would definitely come again.
Pros:

The room was spotless and the bed was absolutely massive. We loved the balcony, which overlooked the pool and gave us sun all day. We were right in-between old and new town, so could walk everywhere in minutes and the staff were so friendly. 100% recommend.

Cons:

There are very few times i find it difficult to critique, but thankfully this is one of those times. Brilliant hotel.

Excellent Hotel

Just returned from a weeks stay at this excellent hotel I have stayed in many hotels in Spain over the years And I have to say this Hotel is amongst the best
The rooms are clean modern spacious and well equipped
The restaurant and the quality and variety of food was excellent
The staff are friendly attentive and provide excellent service
the housekeeping / maid service was excellent with rooms clean and beds made towels changed daily
Also great location just a short walk to the old town and beachfront and shopping areas
Overall really enjoyed our break here and no doubt we will return at some point

The hotel and surrounding area catered for our needs for 5 nights

clean hotel / food good /service good / nice room 1708 / the only one reason for mark down the fridge in room was not cold asked the maid she had a look agreed it was not getting cold she then called reception and later that day a young maintenance guy turned up just opened fridge door and said its fine and left so following day funny that bottle of milk we had bought day before had gone off and the cans in fridge where warm so sorry due to that problem i have marked your review down

first stay here.
Pros:

i decided to book this hotel, i was going to book RH Princessa on an AI basis, as it was cheaper than RH Vic.

Alas, i saw a not suggesting renovation work underway at Princessa, so booked RH Vic.

My wife wanted to go back to the new town side, but i wanted to try something close to the Old Town. RH Vic is well placed for that.

The hotel is lovely, all the staff were friendly and would accommodate your needs.

One drawback was that all the evening entertainment was aimed at certain types of guests.

Food for a 4star was not the best, we have had better with more variety at 3 star hotels, but its the gamble you take, when you book.

We were on the 17th floor of 19, with a great view of the new town.

Weather was not good at all, one day of full sunshine!

Looks like Port Benidorm will be the next visit.
