Decepcionante.
Pros:

La habitación, la terraza, las vistas y la ubicación.

Cons:

Buffet de poca calidad, muy pobre, lejos de un estándar mínimo para un hotel de 4*.
Las instalaciones antiguas y la zona de piscina de los años 80 o 90.
Alojados a finales del mes de noviembre, la inmensa mayoría de la clientela es del INSERSO español y sobre todo, del equivalente británico.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Arrived home on Sunday after a 10 night break with Jet2
We were really lucky with the weather as it had been pretty wet and cold apparently before we arrived
We have stayed at 2 other rh hotels in benidorm and we think this one is the best
Our room a deluxe on the 24th floor was very large with everything we needed for our stay
We had a view of the sea and had sun on our balcony from 12 noon till sunset
Highly recommend room 1403
The food was very good and plenty of room round the tables with no queues for food
A good variety of fish meat and salad
Could have been a bit hotter on occasions but there is a microwave to use if you wish
Breakfast was also good with something for everyone
Bar staff all good and drinks were reasonable we only drink beer and wine this was 7euro 40 for a pint and a large glass of wine
We were always offered nuts olives or crisps with our drinks
Our room was kept well by our cleaning lady with ,loads of fresh towels and bed changes
We had a twin with a very comfortable double bed each
All the English tv channels if you fancy a night in
We thoroughly enjoyed our break and will be back on our next Benidorm visit

EXTRAORDINARIA
Pros:

Es un hotel completo en todos los aspectos: Ubicación, Limpieza, Personal, Animación, Amplitud Habitación. Servicios, Precio, Vistas... En resumen EXCEPCIONAL.
Recomiendo ocntratar habitación superior: Las vistas son extraordinarias.

Cons:

Que te cobren comisión por reservar las entradas del Palace. Por lo menos que lo avisen.
