A Winner!
Pros:

What a wonderful surprise... a little bit different than the usual Hampton Inns in a positive way. The town is quaint and inviting, and the hotel reflects it. They were exceptionally clean, spacious room to relax, friendly and helpful staff.
Our room (#329) was quiet which was great for sleeping! Breakfast good. Mattress ok. Modern decor with a walk-in shower. They have a pool, but no hot tub which, for me, would have been lovely after a long trip! However, so many pluses that it is a minor detail in the scheme of things. I'd definitely stay again.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

We stayed over the weekend for our first time here. We’ve driven through the town a lot to go to bills games but never stayed. There was a big wedding party checking in when we got there so we were a little nervous but the hotel was so quiet when we returned in from our concert. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing and a lot of different options, my husband LOVED the red velvet waffles! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back :)

Lovely elegant hotel for a reasonable price
Pros:

Very nice location in a quiet residential part of town- nowhere near a highway! Classy interior, friendly helpful staff, nice room. Good breakfast- lots of options. Great coffee!!! Nice pool too.

Cons:

Check out clerk had no idea what we were asking about- Roycroft Campus- it's on the National Register of Historic Places- need to bone up on local attractions.
