Pros:

Staff was really nice and accommodating

Cons:

The room definitely could've and should've been cleaned better. Tooth paste on the wall is disgusting.

Exceptional Experience
Pros:

Recently stayed at the Hampton Inn East Aurora, and had an exceptional experience. Renée at the front desk was wonderful to work with even though I had scheduling challenges. John, who expertly handled breakfast, was quick to complement his GM and team for working so well together. This is an exceptional property where every detail is correct. The staff is always pleasant and happy to help. Wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when I’m in town.

Wonderful hotel .. great location.
Pros:

Great Breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed. We were able to walk to many stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Our room had very little light even during the day with the windows open. It would have been nice to have a bit more lights.
